Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.底部パレット(12)と、その上に配置されたプラスチック容器(14) と、このプラスチック容器(14)を密に取り囲んでいて底部側で底部パレット (12)に固定的に(しかし解離可能に)結合された支持外套(16)とを備え たパレットコンテナ(10)において、 プラスチック容器(14)が、直径方向で互いに対向して位置する2つの側壁 に、ほぼ壁の中央で鉛直方向に延びるように、チューブ状のパリソンの、溶接さ れた圧縮継目(30)を有していることを特徴とする、パレットコンテナ。 2.一方の圧縮継目(30)が、底部側の出口弁(20)のすぐ上方で鉛直方 向に延びるように(前方の)側壁に形成されているか、もしくは出口管片(28 )内に突入しているのに対して、他方の圧縮継目(30)が、対応して鉛直方向 に延びるように、互いに対向して位置する(後方の)側壁に配置されている、請 求項1記載のパレットコンテナ。 3.場合により出口部材(20)の取付けのための接続ねじ山又は接続フラン ジが一体成形された出口管片(28)が、プラスチック内部容器(14)の一体 成形部分を成しており、かつブローマンドレルで出口管片(28)及び出口の口 径を決定して、チューブ状 のパリソンから、プラスチック内部容器(14)と一体成形されている、請求項 2記載のパレットコンテナ。 4.底部パレット(12)と、その上に配置されたプラスチック容器(14) と、このプラスチック容器(14)を密に取り囲んでいて底部側で底部パレット (12)に固定的に(しかし解離可能に)結合された支持外套(16)とを備え たパレットコンテナにおいて、 プラスチック内部容器(14)が、2つの隣り合う側壁の間の、直径方向で互 いに対向して位置する2つの角隅領域内で鉛直方向に延びるように、チューブ状 のパリソンの溶接された圧縮継目(30)を有していることを特徴とする、パレ ットコンテナ。 5.請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に基づくパレットコンテナ(10)の ためのプラスチック内部容器(14)を、水平方向移動可能な2つのブロー成形 型半部(38)から成っていて底部側にブローマンドレル(40)と場合により 拡張マンドレルとを備えたブロー成形型内で製造するためのブロー成形機におい て、 ブロー成形型(40)のところで出口弁(20)の出口管片(28)が成形可 能かつ口径決定可能であり、かつ、ブロー成形型のほぼ中央の側方に、(もしく はそれぞれのブロー成形型半部(38)に半分ずつ、 )円形の凹設部(42)が設けられており、この凹設部内で、プラスチック容器 (14)の充填口の注ぎ口管片が成形可能であることを特徴とする、ブロー成形 機。 6.側方の円形の凹設部(42)内部にブローニードル装置(44)が設けら れている、請求項5記載のブロー成形機。 7.チューブ状のパリソンの圧縮のためにブロー成形型半部(38)に上及び 下に設けられた圧縮縁がそれぞれ相応して波線状もしくはジグザグ状に形成され ている、請求項5または6記載のブロー成形機。 8.請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のパレットコンテナ(10)のた めのプラスチック内部容器(14)を、請求強5から7までのいずれか1項記載 のブロー成形機内でブロー成形により製造するための方法であって、チューブ状 のパリソンを上方より押出ノズルから、水平方向移動可能な2つのブロー成形型 半部(38)から成るブロー成形型の開かれた型半部の間へ、開かれた型半部の 間で下方に配置されたブローマンドレル(40)を介して押出し、ブロー成形型 半部(38)の閉鎖後にブロー空気をブローマンドレル(40)を介してチュー ブ状のパリソン内へ、パリソンをブロー成形型の内輪郭に接触させるまで吹き込 む方法において、 ブローマンドレル(40)のところで、プラスチッ ク内部容器(14)の底部側の出口弁(20)のための出口管片(28)を成形 しかつその口径を決定し、その際、大きめの直径を有する充填口のための注ぎ口 管片(24)を、チューブ状のパリソンの中央範囲から、ブロー成形型のほぼ高 さの半分のところの中央領域内に位置する対応する凹設部(42)内へ成形し、 かつその際同時に、この注ぎ口管片(24)に雄ねじ山を一体にブロー成形する ことを特徴とする、パレットコンテナのためのプラスチック内部容器を製造する 方法。 9.ブローマンドレル(40)及び又はその他の別個のブローニードル(44 )を介して、プラスチック内部容器(14)の迅速な冷却のための冷却媒体をプ ラスチック内部容器(14)内へ吹き込むかもしくは噴入する、請求項8記載の 方法。
