Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.モジュールの仮想中央平面(M)の各側に同数配分された複数の矩形の熱 伝達プレート(3)が恒久的に結合されたモジュール(2)を有し、前記仮想中 央平面(M)が、前記熱伝達プレート(3)の平面に平行であり、前記熱伝達プ レート(3)が、そのコーナー部分(15)に各流体用の入口及び出口開口部( 13,14)と、入口開口部と出口開口部との間に配置された熱伝達部分(16 )とを有し、中間の熱伝達プレート(3B)は、1方の流体について少なくとも 前記熱伝達部分(16)の周り、及び入口及び出口開口部の周りに伸びる、隣接 する第1の熱伝達プレート3Aに対する溶接部(17A)と、第2の流体につい て少なくとも前記熱伝達部分(16)の周り、及び入口及び出口開口部の周りに 伸びる、隣接する第2の熱伝達プレート(3C)に対する溶接部(17B)とを 有する、2つの流体の間の熱伝達用プレート型熱交換器(1)において、仮想中 央平面(M)の各側において、隣接する熱伝達プレート(3)の少なくとも1つ の対の前記溶接部(17A、17B)の少なくとも1つが、前記仮想中央平面( M)に向かう方向で溶接が行われることにより形成されることを特徴とする2つ の流体の間の熱伝達用プレート型熱交換器。 2.仮想中央平面(M)の各側における熱伝達プレ ート(3)の溶接部(17A、17B)の少なくとも半分が、前記仮想中央平面 (M)に向かう方向で溶接が行われることにより形成される請求項1記載のプレ ート型熱交換器。 3.仮想中央平面(M)の各側における熱伝達プレート(3)の溶接部(17 A、17B)の全部が、前記仮想中央平面(M)に向かう方向で溶接が行われる ことにより形成される請求項1記載のプレート型熱交換器。 4.複数の熱伝達プレート(3)が順次互いに溶接されているプレート型熱交 換器(1)に複数の熱伝達プレート(3)を溶接する方法において、溶接が、熱 伝達プレート(3)の面に平行なモジュールの仮想中央平面(M)の一方及び他 の側から交互に行われることを特徴とするプレート型熱交換器に複数の熱伝達プ レート(3)を溶接する方法。
