Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 線案内装置を有し巻線ホルダに対して相対移動できる巻線ヘッドによっ て巻線ホルダの上にコイル線からコイル巻線を製造する装置において、 線案内装置(16、42、47)の他に、線接続装置(17、45、51)お よび線切断装置が巻線ヘッド(10)の他の一体装置として設けられていること を特徴とするコイル巻線の製造装置。 2. 線案内装置(16、42、47)、接続装置(17、45、51)およ び線切断装置(18、52)が工具ヘッド(12、49、56)にまとめられ、 その作動/送り機構が工具ヘッドの外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3. 接続装置(17)が巻線ヘッド(10)に一体化されたガラス繊維導体 として作られ、このガラス繊維導体が特に巻線ヘッド(10)から独立して配置 されたレーザー源に接続されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2 項に記載の装置。 4. 線案内装置(16、42、47)に、線(26)を接続装置(17)の 送り軸線(20)に対して横の方向に転向するための線転向装置(19、53) が付属されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか1 項に記載の装置。 5. 線案内装置(16、42、47)、接続装置(17、45、51)およ び線切断装置(18、52)が全部あるいは一部が一つの機能ユニットの形にま とめられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか1項 に記載の装置。 6. 線転向装置(19)が接続装置(17)の送り軸線(20)に対して横 に作用する吸引装置から形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ない し第5項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 7. 線転向装置(53)が接続装置(51)の送り軸線(20)に対して横 に揺動できるグリッパから形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項な いし第5項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8. 線を転向するために線案内装置(42)が接続装置(45)の送り軸線 (20)に対して横に揺動できることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第5 項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 9. 作動/送り機構(21、22、23)が工具ヘッド(12、49、56 )に連結できる工具ヘッドホルダ(11)に配置されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項ないし第8項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 10. 作動/送り機構(21、22、23)が圧縮空気作動式機構として形 成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第9項のいずれか1項に 記載の装置。 11. 作動/送り機構(21、22、23)がソレノイド作動式機構として 形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第9項のいずれか1項 に記載の装置。 12. もう一つの線案内装置(47)が設けられていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項ないし第10項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 13. もう一つの線案内装置(47)が接続装置(45)に一体化されてい ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項記載の装置。 14. 接続装置(17、45、51)の範囲に保護ガス供給装置が設けられ ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第13項のいずれか1項に記載 の装置。 15. 接続装置(17、45、51)の範囲に接続範囲に真空を発生するた めの真空装置が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第13 項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 16. 工具ヘッド(12、49)あるいは工具ヘッドホルダ(11)に監視 カメラ特にCCD・カメラが設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 ないし第15項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 17. 線案内装置(16)を通して導かれる導線(26)がチップのような 電子構成要素の非衝突(ungebumpten) 接続面(29、44)に直接接続されるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第16項のいずれか1項に記載の装置で 導線(26)と接続面ホルダの接続面(29、44)とを導電接続する方法。 18. 導線(26)として接着性のコイル線特に銅・接着線が利用されるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項記載の方法。 19. 導線(26)と接続面(29、44)との接続が保護ガス雰囲気内で 行われることを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項又は第18項に記載の方法。 20. 導線(26)と接続面(29、44)との接続が真空のもとで行われ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第17項又は第18項に記載の方法。
