Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.TGF−β−系統群の1つの蛋白質を暗号解読しかつ (a)円熟蛋白質を暗号解読する含分および場合によってはSEQ ID No .1で示されるヌクレオチド配列の他の官能性含分、 (b)遺伝子暗号の退化の範囲内で(a)からの配列に相当するヌクレオチド配 列、 (c)(a)および(b)からの配列の1つの対立遺伝子誘導体に相当するヌク レオチド配列または (d)(a)、(b)または(c)からの配列の1つでハイブリッド化される配 列を含み、この場合(d)に記載のDNA分子は少なくともTGF−β−系統群 の円熟蛋白質を暗号解読する含分を有するという前提条件下にあるDNA分子。 2.請求項1記載のDNA分子の少なくとも1つのコピーを含有するベクター。 3.請求項1記載のDNAまたは請求項2記載のベクターで形質転換されている ホスト細胞。 4.細菌類、真菌類、植物性細胞または動物性細胞である、請求項3記載のホス ト細胞。 5.請求項1記載のDNA配列を暗号解読する、TGF−β−系統群の蛋白質。 6.SEQ ID No.2で示されるアミノ酸配列または場合によってはその 官能性含分を有する、請求項5記載の蛋白質。 7.TGF−β−系統群の蛋白質を製造する方法において、請求項3または4に 記載のホスト細胞を培養し、TGF−β−蛋白質を細胞または/および培養上澄 み液から取得することを特徴とする、TGF−β−系統群の蛋白質の製造法。 8.作用物質としての請求項5または6に記載の少なくとも1つの蛋白質を場合 によっては製薬学的に常用の担持剤、助剤、希釈剤または充填剤と一緒に含有す ることを特徴とする、製薬学的組成物。 9.骨、軟骨、結合組織、皮膚、粘膜、上皮または歯の損傷を治療するかまたは 予防するため、歯のインプラントの際の使用のため、および創傷の治癒プロセス および組織再生のプロセスへの使用のための請求項8記載の製薬学的組成物。 10.請求項5または6に記載の蛋白質に結合されている抗体または抗体断片。
