Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.イオン交換膜の少なくとも一方の表面上に下記 (a)触媒的に活性な粒子;および (b)エーテル、エポキシまたはケトン結合およびアルコール基を有する炭化 水素 を含む電極インクを接触させる工程を有することを特徴とする膜および電極構 造体の製造方法。 2.前記炭化水素が1−メトキシ2−プロパノールであることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の方法。 3.前記炭化水素が前記構造体の処理温度において非固体であることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記炭化水素が1−エトキシ−2−プロパノール;1−メチル2−メチル2 −プロパノール;1−イソプロポキシ2−プロパノール;1ープロポキシ2−プ ロパノール;2−フェノキシ1−プロパノール;2−エトキシ1−プロパノール ;2,3−エトキシ1−プロパノール;2−メトキシ1−プロパノール;1−ブ トキシ2−プロパノール;またはその混合物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の方法。 5.電極インクがさらにスルホニルフルオリドポリマを含むことを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の方法。 6.前記ポリマが加水分解されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7.前記ポリマが加水分解されていないことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法 。 8.前記ポリマがアルコールと水の溶液、懸濁液または分散液中にあることを特 徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 9.前記触媒的に活性な粒子が白金族金属を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 10.前記白金族金属がカーボン支持体上にあることを特徴とする請求項8に記 載の方法。 11.前記触媒的に活性な粒子が約5〜40重量%存在することを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の方法。 12.前記炭化水素が約50〜95重量%存在することを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の方法。 13.前記電極インクが前記膜の表面上に吹き付けられることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の方法。 14.前記電極インクが前記膜の表面上にブラシで塗られることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の方法。 15.前記電極インクが前記膜の表面上にスクリーン印刷されることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の方法。 16.前記電極インクが複数の適用で膜の表面上に吹き付けられ、塗られ、印刷 されおよび/または塗被されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 17.約300℃迄の温度での圧力下で膜の表面に電極インクを結合させる工程 をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 18.前記電極インクが基体の表面に適用され次いで電極インク層が前記基体か ら膜の表面に転写されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 19.前記電極インク層が熱プレスによって前記膜の表面に転写されることを特 徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
