Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.hekに結合することができるhek−Lタンパク質をコードする単離され たDNAであって、配列番号:1のヌクレオチド83〜796、83〜745、 140〜796、及び140〜745からなる群から選ばれる配列と少なくとも 80%同一であるヌクレオチド配列を含むDNA。 2.配列番号:1のヌクレオチド83〜796、83〜745、140〜796 、及び140〜745からなる群から選ばれるヌクレオチド配列を含む、請求項 1の単離されたDNA。 3.hekに結合することができるhek−Lタンパク質をコードする単離され たDNAであって、配列番号:3のヌクレオチド28〜630、28〜573、 94〜630、及び94〜573からなる群から選ばれる配列と少なくとも80 %同一であるヌクレオチド配列を含むDNA。 4.配列番号:3のヌクレオチド28〜630、28〜573、94〜630及 び94〜573からなる群から選ばれるヌクレオチド配列を含む、請求項3の単 離されたDNA。 5.hekに結合することができるヒトhek−Lタンパク質をコードする単離 されたDNAであって、前記hek−Lが配列番号:2のアミノ酸1〜202及 び1〜219及び配列番号:4のアミノ酸1〜160及び1〜179からなる群 から選ばれる配列と少なくとも80%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含むDNA。 6.前記hek−Lが配列番号:2のアミノ酸1〜202及び1〜219及び配 列番号:4のアミノ酸1〜160及び1〜179からなる群から選ばれるアミノ 酸配列を含む、請求項5の単離されたDNA。 7.hek−L及びFcポリペプチドを含む融合タンパク質をコードする単離さ れたDNAであって、前記hek−Lが配列番号:2のアミノ酸1〜202及び 配列番号:4のアミノ酸1〜160からなる群から選ばれる配列と少なくとも8 0%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含むDNA。 8.請求項1のDNAを含む発現ベクター。 9.請求項3のDNAを含む発現ベクター。 10.請求項5のDNAを含む発現ベクター。 11.請求項7のDNAを含む発現ベクター。 12.hek−Lポリペプチドを製造する方法であって、請求項8のベクターで形 質転換された宿主細胞をhek−Lの発現を促進する条件下で培養し、そしてそ の培養物からhek−Lポリペプチドを回収することを含む方法。 13.hek−Lポリペプチドを製造する方法であって、請求項9のベクターで形 質転換された宿主細胞をhek−Lの発現を促進する条件下で培養し、そしてそ の培養物からhek−Lポリペプチドを回収することを含む方法。 14.hek−Lポリペプチドを製造する方法であって、請求項10のベクターで形 質転換された宿主細胞をhek−Lの発現を促進する条件下で培養し、そしてそ の培養物からhek−Lポリペプチドを回収することを含む方法。 15.hek−Lポリペプチドを製造する方法であって、請求項11のベクターで形 質転換された宿主細胞をhek−Lの発現を促進する条件下で培養し、そしてそ の培養物からhek−Lポリペプチドを回収することを含む方法。 16.hekに結合することができる精製された成熟ヒトhek−Lタンパク質で あって、N−末端アミノ酸配列 Leu-Leu-Ala-Gln-Gly-Pro-Gly-Gly-Ala-Leu-Gly -Asn により特徴付けられるタンパク質。 17.配列番号:2のアミノ酸1〜202及び1〜219からなる群から選ばれる アミノ酸配列を含む、請求項16の精製されたhek−L。 18.hekに結合することができる精製された成熟ヒトhek−Lタンパク質で あって、N−末端アミノ酸配列 Gly-Ser-Ser-Leu-Arg-His-Val-Val-Tyr-Trp-Asn -Ser により特徴付けられるタンパク質。 19.配列番号:4のアミノ酸1〜160及び1〜179からなる群から選ばれる アミノ酸配列を含む、請求項18の精製されたhek−L。 20.請求項5のDNAによりコードされる精製されたhek−Lタンパク質。 21.下記からなる群から選ばれるアミノ酸配列を含む精製されたhek−Lポリ ペプチド。 a)配列番号:2のアミノ酸1〜x(xは配列番号:2の位置193〜21 9におけるアミノ酸である);及び b)配列番号:4のアミノ酸1〜y(yは配列番号:4の位置147〜17 9におけるアミノ酸である)。 22.ATCC69384として寄託された形質転換細胞及びATCC69395 として寄託された形質転換細胞からなる群から選ばれる形質転換細胞内に含有さ れる組換えベクターのhek−L cDNA挿入物によりコードされるhek− Lタンパク質。 23.請求項7のDNAによりコードされる融合タンパク質。 24.請求項20のhek−Lタンパク質又は前記hek−Lの免疫原性断片と免疫 反応性である抗体。 25.モノクローナル抗体である、請求項24の抗体。 26.請求項2のDNA配列の少なくとも約14ヌクレオチドの配列を含む単離さ れた核酸分子又はそのDNA若しくはRNA相補体。 27.請求項4のDNA配列の少なくとも約14ヌクレオチドの配列を含む単離さ れた核酸分子又はそのDNA若しくはRNA相補体。
