- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.疎水性活性剤 50〜99wt%; ポリオキシエチレン40ステアレート 1〜25wt%;及び、 固体状の疎水性投薬用製剤を即座に分解するのを促進する錠剤分解物質、 から選択される錠剤分解物質 5〜30wt%、からなる疎水性活性剤配合物。 2.疎水性活性剤が、ゲムフィブロジル、フェニトイン及びプロゲステロンか らなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の配合物。 3.錠剤分解物質がクロスカルメルロースナトリウム及びクロスポビドンから 選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の配合物。 4.疎水性活性剤がゲムフィブロジルであり、かつ、錠剤分解物質がクロスカ ルメルロースナトリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の配合物。 5.疎水性活性剤がフェニトインであり、かつ、錠剤分解物質がクロスカルメ ルロースナトリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の配合物。 6.疎水性活性剤がプロゲステロンであり、かつ、錠剤分解物質がクロスカル メルロースナトリウム及びクロスポビドンから選択されることを特徴とする、請 求項1記載の配合物。 7.疎水性活性剤少なくとも60wt%、ポリオキシエチレン40ステアレー ト3〜20wt%、及び、錠剤分解物質8〜20wt%からなる、請求項1記載 の配合物。 8.錠剤分解物質が、クロスカルメルロースナトリウム及びクロスポビドンか ら選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の配合物。 9.疎水性活性剤を使用される流体環境に投与するための改良された送達装置 において、前記送達装置が、内部区画を規定する外被、区画内の疎水性活性剤配 合物、送達装置から活性剤配合物を送達するための外被に設けられた出口手段、 及び、区画内にある流体で活性化させられる推進部分からなり、かつ、活性剤配 合物が疎水性活性剤50〜99wt%、ポリオキシエチレン40ステアレート1 〜25wt%、及び、固体状の疎水性投薬用製剤を即座に分解するのを促進する 錠剤分解物質から選択される錠剤分解物質5〜30wt%からなることを特徴と する前記装置。 10.錠剤分解物質が、クロスカルメルロースナトリウム及びクロスポビドンか ら選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の改良された送達装置。 11.疎水性活性剤が、ゲムフィブロジル、フェニトイン及びプロゲステロンか らなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の改良された送達装置 。 12.疎水性活性剤がゲムフィブロジルであり、かつ、錠剤分解物質がクロスカ ルメルロースナトリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の改良された送 達装置。 13.疎水性活性剤がフェニトインであり、かつ、錠剤分解物質がクロスカルメ ルロースナトリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の改良された送達装 置。 14.疎水性活性剤がプロゲステロンであり、かつ、錠剤分解物質がクロスカル メルロースナトリウム及びクロスポビドンから選択されることを特徴とする、請 求項9記載の改良された送達装置。 15.疎水性活性剤少なくとも60wt%、ポリオキシエチレン40ステアレー ト3〜20wt%、及び、錠剤分解物質8〜20wt%からなる、請求項9記載 の改良された送達装置。 16.錠剤分解物質が、クロスカルメルロースナトリウム及びクロスポビドンか ら選択されることを特徴とする、請求項15記載の改良された送達装置。 17.更に、活性剤配合物と推進部分との間に隔壁層を有することを特徴とする 、請求項9記載の改良された送達装置。 18.更に、滑剤サブコートを有することを特徴とする、請求項9記載の改良さ れた送達装置。
