Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.材料の比較的薄い部分(46)に渦流室(56)をエッチングし、前記渦流 室はスプレイすべき液体が渦流室の中心に向かう渦巻き運動でこの中で動き得る ような形状を有し、 スプレイすべき液体が前記渦流室から前記スプレイオリフィスに動き次いです ぐに微滴ミストに霧化できる円錐状の薄膜でスプレイオリフィスから出るように 渦流室の中心において材料の薄い部分を通って伸びるスプレイオリフィス(44 )をエッチングする ことを特徴とする噴霧用スプレイノズルの形成方法。 2.前記渦流室に非半径方向に伸びる少なくも1個の供給スロット(58)を前 記材料の薄い部分にエッチングする ことを更に特徴とする請求項1の方法。 3.前記金属の薄い部分が第1の側面(52)と第2の側面(50)とを有し、 更に前記渦流室をエッチングする前記段階が材料の前記薄い部分の前記第1の側 面にボウル状の渦流室空洞部をエッチングすることを含む請求項2の方法。 4.前記スプレイオリフィスをエッチングする前記段階が材料の前記薄い部分の 前記第2の側面を通って前記渦流室に至るオリフィスをエッチングすることを含 む請求項3の方法。 5.前記材料の薄い部分と一致し得る入口ピース(40)を形成し、 スプレイすべき液体を前記供給スロットに送るために前記ノズルに入口通路( 86)を形成し、そして 前記材料の薄い部分の前記第1の側面を前記入口ピースに気密に連結し更に前 記入口通路を前記供給スロットに連結する ことを更に特徴とする請求項4の方法。 6.前記材料の薄い部分が円盤を備え、そして更に前記円盤の前記供給スロット と前記入口ピースの前記入口通路との間で液体を送るためこれら両者に連結され るような形状の前記円盤の周囲に隣接して前記円盤の前記第1の側面に供給用環 状帯(66)をエッチングする段階を含んだ請求項5の方法。 7.金属(90)の比較的薄い部分に間隔を明けられた複数の渦流室(56)を エッチングし、前記渦流室はスプレイすべき液体が渦流室の中心に向かう渦巻き 運動で動き得るような形状を有し、 スプレイすべき液体が前記渦流室から前記スプレイオリフィスに動き次いで活 性のある薄膜でスプレイオリフィスから出ることができるように前記複数の渦流 室の各の中心において材料の薄い部分を通って伸びるスプレイオリフィス(44 )をエッチングし、 前記金属の薄い部分を、各が1個の前記渦流室とオリフィスとを内部に有する 個別のスプレイノズル(46)に分割する ことを特徴とする複数の噴霧用スプレイノズルの形成方法。 8.前記金属の薄い部分を個別スプレイノズルに分割する前記段階が、 前記金属の薄い部分を通りかつ1個又は複数個の比較的薄い支持ブリッジ(9 3、94)を除いて各スプレイノズルを囲んでいる分離用スロット(91、92 )をエッチングする ことを含む請求項7の方法。 9.各渦流室から非半径方向に伸びる1個又は複数個の供給スロット(58−6 4)を前記金属の薄い部分にエッチングする ことを更に特徴とする請求項7の方法。 10.第1の側面(52)と第2の側面(50)とを有する金属(46)の比較 的薄い部分を備え、 前記金属の薄い部分の前記第1の側面は、ノズルからスプレイすべき液体が渦 流室の中心に向かう渦巻き運動で内部で動くことができるような形状にされたボ ウル状の空洞部(56)をその中に有し、そして 前記金属の薄い部分の前記第2の側面は、ノズルからスプレイすべき液体が渦 流室から前記スプレイオリフィスに動き次いで活性化された薄膜でスプレイオリ フィスから出ることができるように、これを通って前記渦流室の中心に伸びるス プレイオリフィス(44)を有する ことを特徴とする噴霧用スプレイノズル。 11.前記金属の薄い部分の前記第1の側面は、前記液体が前記渦流室に入った とき前記液体内でいずれかの方向の渦流運動を作るように前記渦流室に液体を送 るために前記渦流室内に非半径方向に伸びている1個又は複数個の供給スロット (58−64)を有する ことを更に特徴とする請求項10のノズル。 12.前記渦流室、前記オリフィス、及び前記供給スロットの各がエッチングに よることを特徴とする形状を有する請求項11のノズル。 13.前記金属の薄い部分を支持しかつこれに液体を送るための支持体(48) 、 前記金属の薄い部分の前記第1の側面が気密に連結される一致部分を有する前 記入口ピース(40)、及び 前記供給スロットに液体を送るように貫通して伸びている入口通路を有する前 記入口ピース を更に特徴とする請求項11のノズル。 14.前記金属の薄い部分の前記第1の側面に形成された供給用環状帯(66) であって前記渦流室を回って伸びていてかつこれらの間で液体を一様に送るため に前記供給スロットと前記入口通路の各と連絡している前記供給用環状帯 を更に特徴とする請求項13のノズル。 15.前記金属の薄い部分が円盤を備える請求項14のノズル。 16.前記金属がステンレス鋼を含む請求項10のノズル。
