Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式: [式中、 各Xは、独立して、イソプロピル、CH3O、CH3S、CF3O、脂肪族環、 および結合または縮合した芳香族環よりなる群から選択され;および 各mは、独立して、0〜5;] で示される構造を有し;かつ、1またはそれを超える無機イオン受容体活性を誘 起するか、または細胞体外無機イオンによって引き起こされる1またはそれを超 える無機イオン受容体活性を遮断する分子よりなる無機イオン受容体調節剤。 2.該分子がカルシウム模倣物であって、該無機イオン受容体活性がカルシウ ム受容体活性である請求項1記載の剤。 3.式: [式中、 各Xは、独立して、H、CH3、CH3O、CH3CH2O、メチレンジオキシ、 Br、Cl、F、CF3、CHF2、CH2F、CF3O、CH3S、OH、CH2O H、 CONH2、CN、NO2、CH3CH2、プロピル、イソプロピル、ブチル、イソ ブチル、t−ブチル、ブチリル、アセトキシ、脂肪族環、および結合または縮合 した芳香族環よりなる群から選択され; 各Rは、独立して、水素、メチル、エチル、プロピル、イソプロピル、ブチル 、アリル、イソブチル、t−ブチル、シクロペンチル、シクロヘキシル、シクロ ヘプチル、シクロオクチル、インデニル、インダニル、ジヒドロインドリル、チ オジヒドロインドリル、および2-、3-または4-ピペリジ(ニ)ルよりなる群 から選択され;および 各mは、独立して、0〜5] で示される構造を有し;かつ、1またはそれを超える無機イオン受容体活性を誘 起するか、または細胞外無機イオンによって引き起こされる1またはそれを超え る無機イオン受容体活性を遮断する分子よりなる無機イオン受容体調節剤。 4.該分子がカルシウム模倣物であって、該無機イオン受容体活性がカルシウ ム受容体活性無機イオンである請求項3記載の剤。 5.各Rが、独立して、H、CH3、エチルおよびイソプロピルよりなる群か ら選択される請求項4記載の剤。 6.各Xが、独立して、イソプロピル、CH3O、CH3S、CF3O、脂肪族 環、および結合または縮合した芳香族環よりなる群から選択される請求項4記載 の剤。 7.各Xが、独立して、イソプロピル、CH3O、CH3S、CF3O、脂肪族 環、および結合または縮合した芳香族環よりなる群から選択される請求項5記載 の剤。 8.化合物4L、化合物8J、化合物8U、化合物9R、化合物11X、化合 物12U、化合物12V、化合物12Z、化合物14U、化合物16M、および 化合物16Pよりなる群から選択される分子よりなる無機イオン受容体調節剤。 9.さらに、生理学上許容される担体よりなる請求項1−8いずれか記載の剤 。 10.式: [式中、 各Xは、独立して、イソプロピル、CH3O、CH3S、CF3O、脂肪族環、 および結合または縮合した芳香族環よりなる群から選択され;および 各mは、独立して、0〜5] で示される構造を有し;かつ、1またはそれを超える無機イオン受容体活性を誘 起するか、または細胞外無機イオンによって引き起こされる1またはそれを超え る無機イオン受容体活性を遮断する分子よりなる治療有効量の無機イオン受容体 調節剤を、かかる治療を要する患者に投与する工程よりなるかかる患者を治療す る方法。 11.該分子がカルシウム模倣物であって、該無機イオン受容体活性がカルシ ウム受容体活性である請求項10記載の剤。 12.式: [式中、 各Xは、独立して、H、CH3、CH3O、CH3CH2O、メチレンジオキシ、 Br、Cl、F、CF3、CHF2、CH2F、CF3O、CH3S、OH、CH2O H、CONH2、CN、NO2、CH3CH2、プロピル、イソプロピル、ブチル、 イソブチル、t−ブチル、アセトキシ、脂肪族環、および結合または縮合した芳 香族 環よりなる群から選択され; 各Rは、独立して、水素、メチル、エチル、プロピル、イソプロピル、ブチル 、アリル、イソブチル、t−ブチル、シクロペンチル、シクロヘキシル、シクロ ヘプチル、シクロオクチル、インデニル、インダニル、ジヒドロインドリル、チ オジヒドロインドリル、および2-、3-、または4-ピペリジ(ニ)ルよりなる群 から選択され;および 各mは、独立して、0〜5] で示される構造を有し;かつ、1またはそれを超える無機イオン受容体活性を誘 起するか、または細胞外無機イオンによって引き起こされる1またはそれを超え る無機イオン受容体活性を遮断する分子よりなる治療有効量の無機イオン受容体 調節剤を、かかる治療を要する患者に投与する工程よりなるかかる患者を治療す る方法。 13.該患者が異常なカルシウム恒常性によって特徴付けられる疾病または不 全症を有し、該分子がカルシウム模倣物であって、該無機イオン受容体活性がカ ルシウム受容体活性である請求項12記載の方法。 14.各Rが、独立して、H、CH3、エチルおよびイソプロピルよりなる群 から選択される請求項13記載の方法。 15.各Xが、独立して、イソプロピル、CH3O、CH3S、CF3O、脂肪 族環、および結合または縮合した芳香族環よりなる群から選択される請求項13 記載の方法。 16.各Xが、独立して、イソプロピル、CH3O、CH3S、CF3O、脂肪 族環、および結合または縮合した芳香族環よりなる群から選択される請求項14 記載の方法。 17.化合物4L、化合物8J、化合物8U、化合物9R、化合物11X、化 合物12U、化合物12V、化合物12Z、化合物14U、化合物16M、およ び化合物16Pよりなる群から選択される治療有効量の分子を患者に投与する工 程よりなる、無機イオン受容体活性を調節することによってかかる患者を治療す る方法。 18.該患者が、異常なカルシウム恒常性によって特徴付けられる疾病または 不全症を有する請求項17記載の方法。 19.該患者が、原発性および続発性の副甲状腺亢進症、ページェット病、悪 性高カルシウム血症、骨粗鬆症および高血圧症よりなる群から選択される疾病を 患っている請求項12-17いずれか記載の方法。
