Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ナタマイシンを含む発酵ブロスからナタマイシンを回収する方法であって、 下記段階からなる方法: a)上記ブロスのpHを約10より上に調節し、上記ブロスにナタマイシンを溶 解させるに十分な量の実質的に水混和性の溶媒を加え; b)上記pH調節されたブロスから不溶性固体を除去し; c)該ブロスのpHをナタマイシンを沈殿させるに十分なレベルに低下させ; d)ナタマイシンを上記ブロスから取り出す。 2.水混和性溶媒が、エタノール、プロパノール、イソプロパノール、アセトン 、テトラヒドロフランおよびそれらの組み合わせから選択される請求項1記載の 方法。 3.水混和性溶媒がイソプロパノールである請求項2記載の方法。 4.段階a)において上記ブロスのpHが10と11との間に調節される請求項 1記載の方法。 5.段階a)において上記ブロスのpHが10と11との間に調節される請求項 3記載の方法。 6.段階c)において上記ブロスのpHを5.5と7.5との間に低下させる請 求項1記載の方法。 7.段階c)において上記ブロスのpHがを.5と7.5との間に低下させる請 求項5記載の方法。 8.段階b)が交差流濾過を利用する請求項1記載の方法。 9.段階b)が交差流濾過を利用する請求項7記載の方法。 10.上記ブロスを濃縮する予備段階を含む請求項1記載の方法。 11.上記ブロスが10−50重量/容量%の固体濃度に濃縮される請求項10 記載の方法。 12.上記予備段階が交差流濾過を利用する請求項10記載の方法。
