Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. カプセル封入されたアミノグリコシドを含んでなるリポソームであって 、中性脂質、コレステロールおよび負に帯電した脂質からなり且つ平均粒度が1 00nm未満であり、液体の形態で22℃では少なくとも2週間安定であり、粒 度が著しく変化せずまたカプセル封入されたアミノグリコシドの10%より多く 喪失することがなく、負に帯電した脂質が総脂質の20%未満であるユニラメラ 状小胞である、リポソーム。 2. 負に帯電した脂質がホスファチジルグリセロールである、請求項1に記 載のリポソーム。 3. 負に帯電した脂質がジステアロイルホスファチジルグリセロールである 、請求項2に記載のリポソーム。 4. 負に帯電した脂質のモル量が総脂質モル数の20%未満である、請求項 1に記載のリポソーム。 5. ホスファチジルグリセロールのモル量が総脂質モル数の20%未満であ る、請求項2に記載のリポソーム。 6. ホスファチジルグリセロールのモル量が総脂質モル数の20%未満であ る、請求項3に記載のリポソーム。 7. 負に帯電した脂質のモル量が総脂質モル数の5%未満である、請求項1 に記載のリポソーム。 8. ホスファチジルグリセロールのモル量が総脂質モル数の5%未満である 、請求項2に記載のリポソーム。 9. ホスファチジルグリセロールのモル量が総脂質モル数の5%未満である 、請求項3に記載のリポソーム。 10. ホスファチジルグリセロールのモル量が総脂質モル数の約3%である 、請求項3に記載のリポソーム。 11. 水素化大豆ホスファチジルコリン、コレステロールおよびジステアロ イルホスファチジルグリセロールのモル比が約2:1:0.1であり、アミノグ リコシドの比率が1:9〜1:3である、請求項3に記載のリポソーム。 12. (a) 中性リン脂質およびステロールからなる脂質粉末を形成させ、 (b) この粉末を緩衝液中でアミノグリコシドと混合し、 (c) 脂質混合物の転移温度よりかなり低い温度で混合物を水和させ、 (d) 剪断力を加えることによって、リポソームの粒度を100nm未満の平 均粒度まで減少させることを含む、アミノグリコシドリポソームの製造法。 13. 患者の薬剤耐性細菌感染症の治療法であって、カプセル封入されたア ミノグリコシドを含んでなるリポソームの有効量を患者に投与することを含んで なり、リポソームは、中性脂質、コレステロールおよび負に帯電した脂質からな り平均粒度が100nm未満のユニラメラ状小胞から構成されている、上記方法 。
