Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 例えば鋼等の金属帯材鋳造用の帯連鋳材装置のベルトコンベヤが、駆動 可能なドラムと、前記ドラムに水平方向で隣接し前記ベルトコンベヤのベルトを 締付け固定できるドラムとにより案内され、前記ベルトコンベヤが、2つの前記 ドラムと間に配置されている載置部材の上に載置されて前記載置部材により支持 され、前記ベルトコンベヤの鋳造帯材から背いている面が冷却される、金属帯材 鋳造用の帯連鋳材装置のベルトコンベヤにおいて、 前記ベルトコンベヤ(21)の前記鋳造帯材(13)から背いている面が、均 一に分散配置されている止り穴(22)を有し、 前記止り穴(22)が、最小幅(S)を有するウェブにより互いから分離され 、前記ウェブの全面積は、前記ベルトコンベヤのベルトの全面積の0.15〜0 .4倍であり、 止り穴底部(24)が壁厚(d)を有し、前記壁厚(d)は、前記鋳造帯材( 13)により加熱されそれと同時に止り穴頭部面(29)が冷却される際に外側 へ湾曲することが可能であり、前記湾曲の高さbは1mmより小さいことを特徴 とする金属帯材鋳造用の帯連鋳材装置のベルトコンベヤ。 2. 止り穴(22)が深さ方向で見て円形であることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載の金属帯材鋳造用の帯連鋳材装置のベルトコンベヤ。 3. 止り穴(22)が深さ方向で見て多角形例えば六角形であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の金属帯材鋳造用の帯連鋳材装置のベルトコンベ ヤ。 4. ベルトコンベヤ(21)が、2つの互いに密に接合されている層(31 ,32)から形成され、前記鋳造帯材(13)に面している前記層(31)は止 り穴(24)の厚さを有し、前記鋳造帯材(13)から背いている前記層(32 )は、止り穴深さ(T)の高さの格子から形成されていることを特徴とする請求 の 範囲第1項から第3項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の金属帯材鋳造用の帯連鋳材 装置のベルトコンベヤ。 5. 層(31)が、高い熱伝導性の材料例えば銅から成り、格子(32)が 、耐湾曲性及び耐温度変化性の材料例えば微粒子鋼から成ることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第4項に記載の金属帯材鋳造用の帯連鋳材装置のベルトコンベヤ。
