- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 熱伝導性の非金属ハニカム構造を形成するための方法であって、 第1の樹脂マトリックスで含浸された補強材料を含む、少なくとも1つの補強 プリプレグを準備する工程と、 前記少なくとも1つの補強プリプレグを、第2の樹脂マトリックスの中に単方 向に含まれた複数の熱伝導性の繊維を含む、少なくとも1つのプリプレグに接触 させる工程と、 前記積層されたプリプレグシートを成形して、実質的に正弦波状の断面を有す る熱伝導性の波形シートを形成する工程と、 その結果生じた複数の熱伝導性の波形シートを組み合わせて、ハニカム構造を 形成する相互に接続された複数の壁部を形成する工程とを備えることを特徴とす る、方法。 2. 請求項1の方法に従って形成されたことを特徴とする、ハニカム構造。 3. 前記第1の樹脂マトリックス及び前記第2の樹脂マトリックスは、熱可 塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、及び、これらの組み合わせから成る群から選択される ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 4. 前記第1の樹脂マトリックス及び前記第2の樹脂マトリックスは、ビス マレイン酸イミド樹脂、マレイン酸イミド−エポキシ混合物、フェノール樹脂、 ポリイミド樹脂、ポリキノキサリン樹脂、ポリフェニールキノキサリン樹脂、ポ リベンズイミダゾール樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエーテル樹 脂、及び、ポリウレタン樹脂から成る群から選択される、熱硬化性樹脂であるこ とを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。 5. 前記第1の樹脂マトリックス及び前記第2の樹脂マトリックスは、ポリ エーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリスルフォン、ポリウレタン 、ポリカーボネート、及び、ポリアクリレートから成る群から選択される、熱可 塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。 6. 前記第1の樹脂マトリックス及び前記第2の樹脂マトリックスが同じで あることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 7. 前記補強プリプレグは、バイアス織りされた織物プリプレグ、非バイア ス織りされた織物プリプレグ、粉末被覆された織物プリプレグ、編んだ織物プリ プレグ、及び、縫った織物プリプレグから成る群から選択されることを特徴とす る、請求項1記載の方法。 8. 請求項7の方法に従って形成されたことを特徴とする、ハニカム構造。 9. 前記補強材料は、粒子、マット、繊維、ウィスカー、織物、及び、これ らの組み合わせから成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方 法。 10. 前記補強材料は、ガラス、アラミド、炭素、グラファイト、ホウ素、炭 化ケイ素、及び、これらの組み合わせから成る群から選択されることを特徴とす る、請求項9記載の方法。 11. 前記補強材料が、ポリアクリロニトリル系の炭素を含むことを特徴とす る、請求項9記載の方法。 12. 前記熱伝導性の繊維は、炭素繊維、ホウ素繊維、ガラス繊維、石英繊維 、サファイア繊維、及び、これらの組み合わせから成る群から選択されることを 特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 13. 前記熱伝導性の繊維が、ピッチ系の炭素繊維であることを特徴とする、 請求項1記載の方法。 14. 請求項13の方法に従って形成されたことを特徴とする、ハニカム構造 。 15. 前記熱伝導性の繊維は、約200ワット/m°Kから約1,200ワッ ト/m°Kまでの範囲の熱伝導率を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法 。 16. 前記成形工程は、真空成形プロセス、ローラダイ処理、及び、固定ダイ 処理から成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 17. 前記熱伝導性の繊維は、前記ハニカム構造の厚みに対して平行な方向に 配向されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 18. 請求項17の方法に従って形成されることを特徴とする、ハニカム構造 。 19. 前記熱伝導性の繊維は、前記ハニカム構造の厚みに対して直交する方向 に配向されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。 20. 前記ハニカム構造が、相互に接続された複数の壁部から形成された複数 のセルを備えており、これらセルは、六角形、過膨張型、補強コア、及び、チュ ーブコアの形態から成る群から選択される波形を有することを特徴とする、請求 項1記載の方法。 21. 熱伝導性の非金属ハニカム構造であって、 相互に接続された複数の壁部から形成された複数のセルを備えており、前記各 々の壁部は、補強材料から成る少なくとも1つのプライと、樹脂マトリックスの 中に実質的に含浸された熱伝導性の単方向性繊維から成る少なくとも1つのプラ イとを含む積層体であることを特徴とする、ハニカム構造。 22. 前記樹脂マトリックスは、熱可塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、及び、これら の組み合わせから成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項21記載のハ ニカム構造。 23. 前記樹脂マトリックススは、ビスマレイン酸イミド樹脂、マレイン酸イ ミド−エポキシ混合物、フェノール樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリキノキサリン樹 脂、ポリフェニールキノキサリン樹脂、ポリベンズイミダゾール樹脂、ポリエス テル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリエーテル樹脂、及び、ポリウレタン樹脂から成る 群から選択される、熱硬化性樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項22記載のハ ニカム構造 24. 前記樹脂マトリックスは、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリスルフォン、ポリ ウレタン、ポリカーボネート、及び、ポリアクリレートから成る群から選択され る、熱可塑性樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項22記載のハニカム構造。 25. 前記樹脂マトリックスは、少なくとも2つの樹脂の組み合わせであるこ とを特徴とする、請求項23記載のハニカム構造。 26. 前記補強材料から成る少なくとも1つのプライは、粒子、マット、繊維 、ウィスカー、織物、及び、これらの組み合わせから成る群から選択された部材 であることを特徴とする、請求項21記載のハニカム構造。 27. 前記補強材料から成る少なくとも1つのプライは、バイアス織りされた 織物プリプレグ、非バイアス織りされた織物プリプレグ、粉体被覆された織物プ リプレグ、編んだ織物プリプレグ、及び、縫った織物プリプレグから成る群から 選択される部材であることを特徴とする、請求項21記載のハニカム構造。 28. 前記補強材料から成る少なくとも1つのプライは、ガラス、アラミド、 炭素、グラファイト、ホウ素、炭化ケイ素、及び、これらの組み合わせから成る 群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項21記載のハニカム構造。 29. 前記補強材料から成る少なくとも1つのプライは、ポリアクリロニトリ ル系の炭素を含むことを特徴とする、請求項21記載のハニカム構造。 30. 前記熱伝導性の単方向性繊維は、炭素繊維、ホウ素繊維、ガラス繊維、 石英繊維、サファイア繊維、及び、これらの組み合わせから成る群から選択され ることを特徴とする、請求項21記載のハニカム構造。 31. 前記熱伝導性の単方向性繊維は、ピッチ系の炭素繊維であることを特徴 とする、請求項21記載のハニカム構造。 32. 前記熱伝導性の単方向性繊維から成る少なくとも1つのプライは、約2 00ワット/m°Kから約1,200ワット/m°Kまでの範囲の熱伝導率を示 すことを特徴とする、請求項21記載のハニカム構造。 33. 前記熱伝導性の単方向性繊維は、当該ハニカム構造の厚みに対して平行 な方向に配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項21記載のハニカム構造。 34. 前記熱伝導性の単方向性繊維は、当該ハニカム構造の厚みに対して直交 する方向に配向されていることを特徴とする、請求項21記載のハニカム構造。 35. 前記セルは、六角形、過膨張、フレックスコア、補強コア、及び、チュ ーブコアの形態から成る群から選択された形態を有することを特徴とする、請求 項21記載のハニカム構造。 36. 熱伝導性の非金属ハニカム構造であって、 相互に接続された複数の壁部から形成された複数のセルを備え、前記壁部の各 々は、ポリアクリロニトリル系の炭素繊維から成る少なくとも1つのプライと、 樹脂マトリックスの中に実質的に含浸されたピッチ系の単方向性炭素繊維から成 る少なくとも1つのプライとを含む積層体であり、前記繊維は、約200ワット /m°Kから約1,200ワット/m°Kまでの範囲の熱伝導率を有しているこ とを特徴とする、ハニカム構造。 37. 前記樹脂マトリックスは、熱可塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂、及び、これら の組み合わせから成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項36記載のハ ニカム構造。 38. 前記熱伝導性の単方向性繊維は、当該ハニカム構造の厚みに対して平行 な方向に配向されることを特徴とする、請求項36記載のハニカム構造。 39. 前記熱伝導性の単方向性繊維は、当該ハニカム構造の厚みに対して直交 する方向に配向されることを特徴とする、請求項36記載のハニカム構造。
