Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.250℃および400℃の間の温度で、および少なくとも100psigの圧力 で、ポリアミドまたはポリアミドの混合物をポリマーのアミド基当たり少なくと も1当量のアンモニアと反応させる工程を含むモノマーの混合物を製造する方法 において、前記反応が、周期表グループ2に挙げられた元素から選ばれるカチオ ン、およびアニオンの共役酸がpKa<15である少なくとも1つのアニオンを 含む金属塩であるルイス酸の、触媒前駆体の存在下で実施されることを特徴とす るモノマーの混合物の製造方法。 2.250℃および400℃の間の温度で、および少なくとも100psigの圧力 で、ポリアミドまたはポリアミドの混合物をポリマーのアミド基当たり少なくと も1当量のアンモニアと反応させる工程を含むモノマーの混合物を製造する方法 において、前記反応が、スカンジウム、チタン、イットリウム、およびジルコニ ウムから選ばれる元素、およびアニオンの共役酸がpKa<20である少なくと も1つのアニオンを含む錯体であるルイス酸の、触媒前駆体の存在下で実施され ることを特徴とするモノマーの混合物の製造方法。 3.250℃および400℃の間の温度で、および少なくとも100psigの圧力 で、ポリアミドまたはポリアミドの混合物をポリマーのアミド基当たり少なくと も1当量のアンモニアと反応させる工程を含むモノマーの混合物を製造する方法 において、前記反応が、前記周期表のグループ5〜14に挙げられた金属から選 ばれる金属、およびアニオンの共役酸がpKa<4である少なくとも1つのアニ オンを含む錯体であるルイス酸の、触媒前駆体の存在下で実施されることを特徴 とするモノマーの混合物の製造方法。 4.250℃および400℃の間の温度で、および少なくとも100psigの圧力 で、ポリアミドまたはポリアミドの混合物をポリマーのアミド基当たり少なくと も1当量のアンモニアと反応させる工程を含むモノマーの混合物を製造する方法 において、前記反応が、スカンジウム、チタン、マンガン、レニウム、鉄、銅、 亜鉛、モリブデン、タングステン、およびアルミニウムからなる群から選ばれる カチオン、および塩素、臭素、およびヨウ素からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも 1つのアニオンを含む錯体であるルイス酸の触媒前駆体の存在下で実施されるこ とを特徴とするモノマーの混合物の製造方法。 5.前記ルイス酸触媒前駆体がScX3、TiX4、MnX2、ReX5、FeX3 、CuX2、CuX、ZnX2、MoX6、WX6、およびAlX3(X=Cl、B rまたはI)からなる群から選ばれる錯体であることを特徴とする請求項5に記 載の方法。 6.反応する前記ポリアミドが、ポリヘキサメチレンアジポアミド(ナイロン6 ,6)、ポリカプロアミド(ナイロン6)、およびそれらの混合物から選ばれ; かつ前記ポリアミドの反応から得られるモノマーがヘキサメチレンジアミン、5 −シアノバレルアミド、アジポニトリル、カプロラクタム、6−アミノカプロア ミド、および6−アミノカプロニトリルからなる群から選ばれることを特徴とす る請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
