Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.生検鉗子にして、 基端と、末端と、外壁と、内壁と、端部から端部まで伸長する、該内壁により 画成された通路とを備える管状の支持ケーブルであって、軸線と、隣接する回旋 部分を形成する、螺旋状に巻いた金属ワイヤーと、該回旋部分の間で外壁に形成 された連続的な螺旋溝と、該支持ケーブルの最大直径を画成する、前記回旋部分 の各々における頂部とを有する前記支持ケーブルを備え、該支持ケーブルが可撓 性であり、 前記通路を貫通して伸長する制御ワイヤーと、 一対のジョーであって、該ジョーが互いに接近し、または互いに接触するよう に駆動されたとき、各々が、該ジョーの間に配置された組織を切る尖った端部を 有する前記一対のジョーと、 ジョー取り付け具であって、前記ジョーが互いに接近し且つ離反するように回 動可能に取り付けられる前記ジョー取り付け具とを備え、 前記制御ワイヤーが、前記ジョーに接続されて、前記支持ケーブルに関する前 記通路内での軸方向への動きの結果として、前記回動動作を為さしめ、 前記ジョーが、前記回旋部分の前記最大径よりも小さい直径の円筒状部分を有 するソケットを備え、 前記支持ケーブルを前記末端に向けて進める間に、該支持ケーブルを前記軸線 を中心として回転させる結果として、前記ジョー取り付け具が、前記支持ケーブ ルの末端に取り付けられることにより、前記連続的な回旋部分を圧縮し、該回旋 部分の前記内壁に対する反発力により前記末端が前記ソケット内に入って、該ソ ケット内で保持されるようにしたことを特徴とする生検鉗子。 2.請求項1に記載の生検鉗子にして、前記末端の挿入を容易にすべく前記ソ ケットの内壁にベル口部分が設けられることを特徴とする生検鉗子。
