Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.グラニセトロン(1)またはその医薬上許容される塩の製造方法であって 、 構造式(2): [式中、Rは2級アミノ基の求核性を有意には減じない窒素保護基を意味する] で示される化合物を脱保護し、次いで、所望により医薬上許容される塩を形成す ることを特徴とする方法。 2.Rがベンジル、置換ベンジル、t−ブチル、アリル、またはシリル基であ る請求項1記載の方法。 3.Rが、1個またはそれ以上のクロロ、メチルまたはメトキシ基で置換され ているベンジルである請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.構造式(2): [式中、Rは2級アミノ基の求核性を有意には減じない窒素保護基を意味する] で示される化合物。 5.構造式(4): [式中、Rは2級アミノ基の求核性を有意には減じない窒素保護基であるが、R はベンジルではないものとする]で示される化合物。 6.Rがベンジル、置換ベンジル、t−ブチル、アリル、またはシリル基であ る請求項4または5の化合物。 7.Rが、1個またはそれ以上のクロロ、メチルまたはメトキシ基で置換され ているベンジルである請求項4または5の化合物。 8.(a)N−ベンジル−N−(エンド−9−メチル−9−アザビシクロ−[ 3,3,1]−ノン−3−イル)−1−メチルインダゾール−3−カルボキシアミ ド、 (b)N−4−メトキシベンジル−N−(エンド−9−メチル−9−アザビシ クロー[3,3,1]−ノン−3−イル)−1−メチルインダゾール−3−カルボ キシアミド、もしくは (c)エンド−3−(4−メトキシベンジルアミノ)−9−メチル−9−アザ ビシクロー[3,3,1]−ノナン であるか、またはその酸付加塩である請求項7の化合物。 9.請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項による方法により製造されるグラニセト ロン。
