A container containing the liquid, a bundling means provided in the spinning bath liquid for bundling the extruded filaments, and a void portion defined as the distance of the spinneret to the surface of the spinning bath liquid. Generally, the dry / wet spinning technique involves extruding a dope through a forming tool, such as a spinneret, into a medium that is non-precipitating to the dope (eg, air or an inert gas) to form a spinneret. If used, it consists of producing filaments, drawing in this medium and then guiding into a spinning bath (precipitation bath) to solidify the filaments. Generally, the amine oxide method refers to the production of cellulosic shaped bodies using tertiary amine oxides. In this method, cellulose is dissolved in a mixture of tertiary amine oxide and water, and the solution is shaped by a forming tool and guided into an aqueous precipitation bath to precipitate the cellulose. N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO) is mainly used as the amine oxide. Other amine oxides are described, for example, in EP-A-0 553 070. A method for producing a moldable cellulose solution is known from EP-A-0 356 419. The operation of the amine oxide method by the dry / wet spinning method is known, for example, from DE-A-291 3 589. From Applicant's WO 93/19230 and WO 95/04173 an advantageous embodiment of the amine oxide process and an apparatus for producing cellulose fibers are known, in which a solution of cellulose in a tertiary amine oxide is hot. The molding solution is introduced into the precipitation bath via a gas medium (air) to precipitate the cellulose contained therein, and the hot molding solution is cooled and then introduced into the precipitation bath. Cooling is performed immediately after molding, and preferably air is blown horizontally to the cellulose molded body. According to the method of the present invention, a cellulose solution can be spun at a high filament density to prevent adhesion between individual filaments after being extruded from a spinneret. DD-A-218 121 also relates to a dry / wet spinning method for producing cellulosic fibers from cellulosic solutions in tertiary amine oxides. Also by this method, the cellulose solution is spun into the voids (ie the space between the spinneret and the surface of the spinning bath liquid), drawn and then guided into the aqueous precipitation bath. DD-A-218 121 states that when the polyalkylene ether is added to the cellulose solution before spinning, the voids can be reduced without negatively affecting spinning safety. Small voids are advantageous because they reduce the risk of sticking between the newly extruded individual filaments. EP-A-0 574 870 describes a dry / wet spinning method for treating a solution of cellulose in a tertiary amine oxide, pointing out the advantages of small voids. According to the description of this patent application, this spinning process can be carried out with small voids and a large number of spinning holes per unit area. Despite these conditions, it is possible to prevent adhesion between individual filaments during the spinning operation. It is recommended to make contact in the spinning funnel between the spinning filaments and the spinning bath. The spinning bath liquid is guided in this spinning funnel in parallel flow with the filaments. The axis of the spin funnel is substantially perpendicular to the plane of the spinneret and directs the flow of spin bath liquid from the top down, which flow generally results from the gravity drop of the spin bath liquid. According to EP-A-0 574 870, the drawing or drawing of the freshly extruded filaments is accelerated substantially by the spinning bath liquid flowing through the spinning funnel to its drawing speed. This known spinning device has the disadvantage that the funnel tube of the spinning funnel sets an upper limit on the filament bundle to be guided through the entire section due to its relatively small diameter. In addition, this upper limit is set at a low level that is not sufficient for commercial implementation of the method. Therefore, according to the experience of the Applicant, with a diameter of 6 mm, as exemplified in EP-A-0 574 870, only filament bundles of 100 or less filaments can be guided into the funnel. This is because the spinning bath solution must also be transported into the funnel. This means that when using this kind of spinning funnel only spinnerets with 100 or less spinning holes can be used. On the other hand, if a wide spinneret with thousands of spinning holes is used (for example as described in the Applicant's Austrian Patent AT-B 397,392), the funnel tube should preferably be wider. Therefore, a larger amount of spinning bath solution must be released and circulated. This high spinning bath throughput causes turbulence in the spinning bath and interferes with the dry / wet spinning process. GB-A-1,017,855 describes an apparatus for dry / wet spinning of synthetic polymers, again recommending the use of spinning funnels, in which the spinning bath solution is run parallel to the extruded fibers. As fluid. The spinneret is located about 0.5 cm above the surface of the spinning bath. It is an object of the present invention to provide a spinning device that can achieve good spinnability (high spinning safety) without performing a complicated device and can perform an amine oxide method by a dry / wet spinning method. Good spinnability means achieving the highest possible maximum final draw (minimum titer) before the fiber breaks. Another indicator of spinnability is the length of time that spinning is possible without the occurrence of spinning defects that require technical assistance. Furthermore, even when using a spinneret having a high hole density, it is necessary to prevent the newly extruded filaments from adhering to the voids, and to achieve a titer as constant as possible (low titer variation). A spinneret having a spinning hole for extruding the filament, an air blower capable of cooling the extruded filament immediately after being supplied from the spinning hole, a container containing a spinning bath solution, and an extrusion device provided in the spinning bath solution. The spinning device according to the invention for carrying out the amine oxide method by dry / wet spinning comprises a bundling means for bundling the filaments and a cavity defined as the distance of the spinneret to the surface of the spinning bath solution. The means is located at a distance from the spinneret such that the angle (α) formed by the filaments with respect to the normal to the surface of the spinning bath is less than or equal to 45 °; the relation 0.1 + 0.005l ≦ 0.7 · d 0 · (h-1) / h is satisfied, wherein d 0 is the distance (mm) between the spinning hole and the adjacent spinning holes in the spinneret, h is the distance bundling means for spinneret ( a m), l is the gap portion (mm), characterized in that it is a further 0.4mm ≦ d 0 ≦ 2mm and 0mm <l <60mm,. It has been shown that the object of the invention is achieved by designing the spinning device used so that the above two criteria (angle α does not exceed 45 °; the above inequality is satisfied) are met. When using spinnerets with high hole densities, it is necessary to cool the freshly extruded filaments immediately after being fed by the spin holes. This cooling is known to the person skilled in the art (see for example WO 95/041 73 of the Applicant). A preferred embodiment of the spinning device according to the invention is characterized in that the bundling means is designed as a deflection means in which the filaments are not only bound but also deflected. It has proved to be advantageous to provide the deflection means so that they do not rotate when deflecting the filament. That is, according to this embodiment, no rotatable roll or cylinder is provided. This serves to prevent the torn filaments from becoming entangled around the deflection means and to facilitate the operation of the amine oxide process. Another preferred embodiment of the spinning device according to the invention is characterized in that the angle α does not exceed 20 °. Regarding the spinning safety in the dry / wet spinning method, it was also shown that it is extremely important that the drawing angle α in the void portion is as small as possible, preferably not exceeding 20 °. That is, the risk of adhesion between individual filaments in the space between the spinneret and the surface of the spinning bath can be minimized and spinning safety can be increased. Further, the present invention relates to a spinning device for performing an amine oxide method by a dry / wet spinning method, which comprises a spinneret having a spinning hole for extruding a filament and an extruded filament supplied from the spinning hole. An air blower capable of cooling immediately after being heated, a container containing a spinning bath solution, a deflecting unit provided in the spinning bath solution for bundling and deflecting extruded filaments, and a distance of a spinneret to the spinning bath solution. And a gap, which is designed so that the deflection means does not rotate when deflecting the filament. Another suitable embodiment of the spinning device according to the invention is that the spinneret comprises: a substantially rotationally symmetrical nozzle body having a supply of cooling gas as its center, a supply for the cellulose solution, and an annular spinning with a spinning hole. It comprises an insert and a baffle which deflects the cooling gas stream in the direction of the filaments extruded from the spinning holes so that the cooling gas stream impinges on the filaments at approximately right angles. This embodiment allows spinning at much higher hole densities while at the same time effectively preventing deposition of freshly extruded filaments in the voids. It is known from Applicant's WO 95/04173 to blow cooling air to cool a bundle of annular filaments. Another preferred embodiment of the spinning device according to the invention is a lifting device in which the container containing the spinning bath liquid is capable of moving this container vertically towards and away from the spinneret (ie by varying the distance l). It is connected and furthermore the bundling means are arranged such that the distance h is kept constant despite this movement. An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings consisting of FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. The drawing shows a general example of a dry / wet spinning process with suitable parameters of the relation according to the invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a container for the spinning bath solution, and the surface of the spinning bath solution is indicated by the reference numeral 1a. During the spinning operation, the dope is extruded through the spinneret 3, and the extruded filaments 4, 5 are drawn out into the spinning bath solution through the voids 1 and solidified there. The coagulating filaments are bundled and deflected by the deflecting means 2 which is a non-rotating cylindrical bar, and then stretched obliquely upward. The void portion 1 is defined as the distance between the bottom of the spinneret 3 and the surface 1a of the spinning bath liquid. The angle formed by the filaments perpendicular to the surface of the spinning bath is indicated by α. Reference numeral 4 indicates the feed filament from the spinning hole located at the outermost edge of the annular ring formed by the spinning hole in the spinneret 3. d 1 is the radius (mm) of the circle that limits the annular ring formed by the spinning holes to the outside. d 0 represents the distance from this spinning hole to its adjacent spinning hole 5, in each case the distance between the centers of the two adjacent spinning holes. h is the distance of the deflecting means 2 with respect to the spinneret 7, and l is the void. According to the embodiment described in FIG. 1, the container 1 is located on a lifting device (not shown) which allows the container 1 to be moved vertically, so that the size of the cavity 1 can be changed in a simple manner. . It has proved to be particularly advantageous not to fix the deflection means 2 to the container 1, but it is also possible to move the container 1 while at the same time keeping the distance h constant. With this simple method, the gap 1 can be changed and the distance h can be kept constant. This represents a substantial simplification in adjusting the spinning device according to the invention. 2 and 3 show these embodiments of the spinning device according to the invention. 2 shows essentially the spinning device of FIG. 1 and like reference numerals designate like means. The non-rotating deflecting means 2 is connected to the fixing means 7 by means of a rigid arm 6 which is not connected to the container 1 so that the means 7 do not move simultaneously when raising or lowering the container 1. The means 7 can be, for example, a wall. FIG. 2 shows two positions of the container 1 and the lower position is shown by a dotted line. The device for raising and lowering the container 1 is not shown. As is clear from FIG. 2, by raising and lowering the container 1, it is possible to shorten or extend the void portion and keep the distance h constant. FIG. 3 shows another embodiment of the spinning device according to the present invention. In this embodiment the deflecting means 2 is fixed to the foundation by means of a rigid arm 9. The arm 9 rises to a suitable outlet 11 provided in the container 1. In order to prevent the liquid from being lost from the container 1, a sealing jacket 10 is provided, which is easily folded when the container 1 is lowered by a device not shown. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to Examples 1, 2, 3 and 4. Examples 1 and 2 show the effect of the angle α on the spinnability of cellulose solutions. Example 4 shows the beneficial effect of the non-rotating deflection means on spinnability. Example 1 A spinning apparatus substantially corresponding to FIG. 1 was used, but the spinning funnel according to EP-A-0 574 879 was used as the bundling means. The spinneret used was that described in WO95 / 04173 (cited here for reference). This known spinneret (number of holes: 3690; hole diameter: 100 μm; outer diameter of nozzle (outermost row of holes) d 1 145 mm) is a substantially rotationally symmetrical nozzle having a cooling gas supply portion in the center. A body, a supply of cellulose solution (cellulose 13.5%; temperature 120 ° C.), an annular deep-drawing insert of precision metal having a spinning hole (this spinning insert has a tab-shaped portion), a spinning hole The cooling gas flow (24 m 3 / h) is directed to the cellulose filaments (extrusion: 0.025 g / min) extruded from the colloid so that the cooling gas flow (24 m 3 / h) collides with the extruded cellulose filaments at a substantially right angle. It is equipped with a baffle. The spin holes in the spin insert are separated from each other by approximately the same distance (hole / hole-distance d 0 : 1000 μm). The void portion 1 had a length of 15 mm. The air in the voids had a temperature of 24.5 ° C. and a water content of 4.5 g water / kg air. The spinning test was conducted several times, and the distance h from the bundling point of the funnel (the boundary between the cylindrical tube and the funnel itself) to the surface of the spinneret was changed to obtain the relational expression 0.1 + 0.005l ≦ 0.7 · d 0. • (h-1) / h (l = 15 and d 0 = 1000) was satisfied and the void 1 was kept unchanged. In each test, the highest achievable final draw (ie, the maximum draw speed of the filament at break of the fiber) was measured. The results are shown in Table 1: As can be seen from Table 1, no decrease in final draw speed and no decrease in spinnability is observed up to an angle of about 40 °. However, increasing from an angle of 45 ° significantly reduces the maximum final draw speed. At an angle of about 61 °, the solution can no longer be spun. Example 2 A spinning device corresponding to FIG. 2 was used, again as described in WO 95/04173 (number of holes: 28 392; hole diameter: 10 μm; nozzle outer diameter (outermost row of holes). ) D 1 : 155 mm; hole / hole-distance d 0 : 500 μm) was used as the spinneret. The cellulose solution used contained 13.5% cellulose and had a temperature of 120 ° C. The output was 0.025 g / min. The void portion 1 had a length of 20 mm. The air in the voids had a temperature of 12 ° C. and a water content of 5 g of water per kg of air. The filament was deflected by a cylindrical non-rotating bar 2 and stretched obliquely upward from the spinning bath. The distance h was also changed while keeping the void 1 unchanged, and the maximum final stretching speed and the angle α were measured. The results are shown in Table 2: As can be seen from Table 2, changing the angle α in the range of 13 ° to 34 ° does not decrease the maximum final stretching speed. However, when the angle α is increased to 46 °, the final drawing speed (that is, spinnability) is significantly reduced. If the distance h is further reduced (ie the angle α is increased), the solution can no longer be spun. Example 3 The same spinning equipment as described in Example 2 was used, except that the void 1 was kept constant at 30 mm 3. The distance h was also changed in this case. The spinning safety of the solution under given conditions was determined by the occurrence of spinning defects (filament breaks, extreme adhesion between filaments). Spinning safety is high when substantially no spinning defects occur for more than 15 minutes. If spinning defects occur within 15 minutes, spinning on an industrial scale is only possible with continuous technical assistance. The spinning safety was then defined by the time index. In Table 3 below, an index of “<15 min” means that the spinnability is good (spinning defects do not substantially occur within 15 minutes). For example, an index of "<10 min" means that a large amount of spinning defects, which require the suspension of spinning, occur within 10 minutes after the spinning is started. As can be seen from Table 3, the spinnability is good up to a distance h of 115 mm. However, if h is chosen to be much smaller, the relation defined by the invention is no longer satisfied and the spinnability is significantly reduced. This is the case for the last two tests. This reduction in spinning properties already occurs in this example at an angle α of less than 45 °. Example 4 In a pilot plant for producing cellulose fibers by the amine oxide method, the method of deflecting filaments in the spinning bath of a spinning device according to the invention was tested in a number of individual tests. A rotationally symmetric rotatable deflection means with many designs (rolls containing glass rods with smooth or ribbed surfaces) was tested. In these tests it was repeatedly seen that the filaments were entangled around the deflection roll within a short period of time as soon as the deflection means were rotated about their own axis. The reason for this entanglement is clearly that the fibers often break in the spinning bath, are collected by the rotating deflecting rolls and are dragged by the deflecting rolls, and further entanglement by the dragging of other filaments. During this process, the spun filaments deteriorate because the filaments entangled in the deflecting means must be removed by mechanical intervention, which means deterioration of the final product. It has been shown that when using a rotating deflecting roll, the spinning process must be interrupted in less than 30 minutes to remove the fibers entangled in the deflecting means. If the rotation of the deflection means is prevented, for example by designing this means as a rigid means and maintaining other parameters, virtually no entanglement will occur. In this way it was shown that the continuous spinning process could be maintained for several hours. Therefore, the use of rotatable deflecting means should be avoided. To ensure a satisfactory operation, preferably all deflecting means should be designed as non-rotating means.
