Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の特徴: (a)アイソタクチックのペンタド(pentads)(mmmm)の含量が25-85%; (b)比Mw/Mn<5; を有し、アイソタクチックのペンタド(mmmm)の含量が5-25重量%である沸騰ジエ チルエーテル可溶性画分の10-70重量%を含み、かつアイソタクチックのペンタ ド(mmmm)の含量が50-99重量%である135℃のキシレン可溶性で、沸騰n-ヘプタン 不溶性画分の30-90重量%を含むプロピレンの重合反応から直接得られる分画可 能なプロピレンポリマー。 2.沸騰ジエチルエーテルに不溶性、沸騰n-ヘプタンで抽出可能な画分を60重量 %まで含み、アイソタクチックのペンタド(mmmm)の含量が25-60重量%である請 求の範囲第1項に記載のポリマー。 3.融点が130-160℃の間である請求の範囲第1項又は2項に記載のポリマー。 4.融合エンタルピー(ΔHf)が5J/gより高い請求の範囲第1-3項のいずれか1項 に記載のポリマー。 5.固有粘度[η]が0.5dl/gより高い請求の範囲第1-4項のいずれか1項に記載の ポリマー。 6.比の値Mw/Mnが5より低い請求の範囲第1-5項のいずれか1項に記載のポリマ ー。 7.CH2基の2%以下が、配列(CH2)n(n>2)に含まれている請求の範囲第1-6 項のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 8.プロピレンとは異なるα-オレフィンから誘導されるコモノマー単位を約10 モル%まで含む、請求の範囲第1-7項のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 9.(A)式(I)のメタロセン化合物 (式中、各インデニル基においてR1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6及びR7置換基が 互いに同じか異なり、水素原子、C1-C20アルキル基、C3-C20シクロアルキル 基、C2-C20アルケニル基、C6-C20アリール基、C7-C20アルキルアリール基 、C7-C20アリールアルキル基であり、同じ環上の任意に2つの隣接したR1、R2 、R3、R4、R5、R6及びR7置換基は5-8個の炭素原子からなる環を形成する ことができ、さらに置換基R1はSi又はGe原子を含むことができ; Mは元素の周期表のグループIVb、Vb又はVIbの遷移金属であり; 置換基Xが互いに同じか又は異なり、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、-R8、-OR8、 -SR8、-NR8 2、-PR8 2基(置換基R8はC1-C20アルキル基、C3-C20シクロ アルキル基、C2-C20アルケニル基、C6-C20アリール基、 C7-C20アルキルアリール基又はC7-C20アリールアルキル基であり、Si又は Ge原子を含む));及び (B)アルモキサン又はメタロセンアルキルカチオンを生じうる1以上の化合物 の反応生成物からなる触媒の存在下で本質的に液体プロピレンからなる重合媒体 中での、プロピレンの重合反応からなる、請求の範囲第1-8項のいずれか1項に記 載のプロピレンポリマーの製造法。 10.重合温度が20-40℃の間である請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 11.式(I)のメタロセン化合物において、置換基R1、R2、R3及びR4の全てが 水素原子である請求の範囲第9項又は10項に記載の方法。 12.式(I)のメタロセン化合物において、遷移金属Mがチタン、ジルコニウム及 びハフニウムから選択され、ジルコニウムであることが好ましい請求の範囲第9- 11項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.式(I)のメタロセン化合物において、置換基Xが塩素原子又はメチル基であ る請求の範囲第9-12項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.アルモキサンがメチルアルモキサンである請求の範囲第9-13項のいずれか1 つに記載の方法。 15.式(II): (式中、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6及びR7が請求の範囲第9又は11項に定義 と同じ意味を有する)のインデニルリガンドの製造法であって、その方法が (a)4-R1-5-R2-6-R3-7-R4-インダン-2-オンと式(3-R5-4-R6-5-R7-フェニ ル)YZmの化合物との反応(式中、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6及びR7は上記 に定義の意味を有し、Yはアルカリ及びアルカリ土類金属から選択される金属で あり、Zはハロゲン原子であり、mはYがアルカリ金属である時は0であり、Y がアルカリ土類金属である時は1である); (b)対応する2-(3-R5-4-R6-5-R7-フェニル)-4-R1-5-R2-6-R3-7-R4-インダ ン-2-オールを得るための酸媒体との連続的な処理;及び (c)2-(3-R5-4-R6-5-R7-フェニル)-4-R1-5-R2-6-R3-7-R4-インダン-2-オ ールの脱水反応; からなり、4-R1-5-R2-6-R3-7-R4-インダン-2-オンと式(3-R5-4-R6-5-R7- フェニル)YZmの化合物との反応がランタン及びランタニドから選択される金属 化合物の存在下で行われることを特徴とするインデニルリガンドの製造法。 16.インダン-2-オンと式(3-R5-4-R6-5-R7-フェニル)YZmの反応を塩化セリ ウムの存在下で行う請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。
