Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a) 塩化物含有の酸化鉄をH2SO4を含む溶液と混合して混合物を生 成させ; (b) 工程(a)で生成された混合物から酸化鉄を分離する ことを特徴とする塩化物含有の酸化鉄から塩化物を除去する方法。 2. 工程(a)で使用するH2SO4を含む溶液が、塩化物含有の酸化鉄におけ る塩化物のモル量の1.0〜5.0倍のモル量のH2SO4を含む請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 3. 工程(a)で使用するH2SO4を含む溶液が、塩化物含有の酸化鉄におけ る塩化物のモル量の1.8〜2.5倍のモル量のH2SO4を含む請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 4. 工程(a)にて酸化鉄をH2SO4を含む前記溶液と1分間〜48時間の範 囲の時間にわたり混合する請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 5. 工程(b)から分離された酸化鉄を室温より1℃高い温度から1400℃ までの範囲の温度にて1分間〜100時間の時間にわたりさらに加熱する請求の 範囲第1項に記載の方法。 6. 工程(b)から分離された酸化鉄を50〜300℃の範囲の温度にて2分 間〜1時間の範囲の時間にわたりさらに加熱する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法 。 7. 工程(b)から分離された酸化鉄を先ず最初に50〜300℃の温度にて 1分間〜72時間の範囲の時間にわたり加熱し、次いで酸化鉄を400〜140 0℃の温度および10〜1100kPaの圧力にて1分間〜72時間の範囲の時 間にわたり加熱する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 8. 工程(a)における混合を酸素含有のガス流中で行う請求の範囲第1〜7 項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9. 工程(b)の後の加熱を酸素含有のガス流中で行う請求の範囲第5〜8項 のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 10. 再生された酸化鉄を鋼材の酸洗いにより発生した塩酸廃液から生成させ 、800〜5000重量ppmの塩化物を含む請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。
