Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 耐火性粒子の添加材と、金属粒子と、金属過酸化物含有粒子とから成る 耐火性組成物生成用化学物質の粉状混合物において、金属過酸化物含有粒子は過 酸化カルシウム濃度が多くとも75重量%、好ましくは多くとも65重量%、過 酸化マグネシウム濃度が多くとも30重量%、過酸化バリウム濃度が多くとも9 2重量%、及び/又は過酸化ストロンチウム濃度が多くとも90重量%であるこ とを特徴とする粉状混合物。 2. 混合物がケイ素から本質的に形成された金属粒子と、過酸化カルシウム 粒子とから成る、請求項1に記載の混合物。 3. 混合物がアルミニウムから本質的に形成された金属粒子と、過酸化マグ ネシウム含有粒子とから成る、請求項1に記載の混合物。 4. 混合物がアルミニウムから本質的に形成された金属粒子と、過酸化バリ ウム含量粒子とから成る、請求項1に記載の混合物。 5. 混合物がマグネシウムから本質的に形成された金属粒子と、過酸化スト ロンチウム含有粒子とから成る、請求項1に記載の混合物。 6. 混合物が下記の金属、即ち、Al、Si、Mg、Fe、Cr、Ca、B a、Sr、Zr、Ti、Beの少なくとも1種の粒子から成り、粒子は明確な形 態又はこれらの金属の技術的に可能な合金の形態のいずれかである、請求項1〜 5のいずれか1項に記載の混合物。 7. 上述の添加材が下記の金属、即ち、Si、Al、Zr、Ca、Mg、T i、Crの酸化物、炭化物、及び/又は窒化物の少なくとも1種から成り、特に 添加材はこれらの鉱物学的種類のいずれか、及び/又は例えばオキシ窒化物、オ キシ炭化物、又は炭窒化物の混合形態にある、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記 載の混合物。 8. 分解、及び/又は酸化により耐火性酸化物が形成できる少くとも1種の 金属化合物から成る、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の混合物。 9. 耐火性添加材の濃度が混合物の全重量基準で0〜90重量%、好ましく は50〜85重量%である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の混合物。 10. 添加材粒子は平均直径が200〜800μmであり、最大直径が1mmで ある、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の混合物。 11. 添加材の粒径分布がアンドリーセンの原理で定めた粒径分布に極めて接 近する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の混合物。 12. 上述の金属粒子は粒径が10〜30μmであり、一方過酸化物含有粒子 の径が5〜30μmである、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の混合物。 13. 各種成分比が耐火性粒子の添加材が融点が前記の添加材の融点よりも低 く、少なくとも2種の異種金属を混合した少なくとも1種の耐火性酸化物の少な くとも20%、好ましくは50%以上を含有する結合相中に埋込まれていること から成る耐火性組成物が生成できるように選択される、請求項1〜12のいずれ か1項に記載の混合物。 14. 耐火性組成物において、耐火性組成物は耐火性粒子の添加材が少くとも 2種の異種金属の少なくとも1種の耐火性酸化物の少なくとも20%、好ましく は50%以上を含有する結合相中に埋込まれていることから成り、前記の結合相 は融点が耐火性添加材の融点よりも低いことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいず れか1項に記載の化学物質の混合物から得られた耐火性組成物。 15. 混合酸化物は偽ケイ灰石から成る、請求項14に記載の組成物。 16. 混合酸化物が12CaO・7Al2O3、CaO・Al2O3、CaO・2 Al2O3、MgO・Al2O3及び/又は2成分系MgO・SrOの固溶体から成 る、請求項14又は15に記載の組成物。 17. 混合酸化物が透輝石、アッカーマナイト、モンティセライト、及び/又 はメルウィナイトから成る、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 18. 混合酸化物がBaO・SiO2及び/又はBaO・Al2O3から成る、 請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 19. 添加材が混合酸化物を形成する酸化物の少なくとも1種から成る、請求 項14〜17のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。 20. 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の混合物を用いて特に請求項14 〜19のいずれか1項に記載の耐火性組成物の製造方法において、異種金属の複 数の耐火性酸化物を、これらの複数の発生期の耐火性酸化物の少なくとも50% の反応で1つの混合耐火性酸化物があとで生成するような比で、まずはじめの化 学物質の酸化反応、及び/又は分解反応で生成し、前記の混合耐火性酸化物は前 記の反応条件下では熱力学的に安定であり、反応化学化合物の性質と量は前記の 反応が発熱反応であり、混合酸化物が熔融状態で生成するように選択することを 特徴とする方法。 21. はじめに複数の耐火性混合酸化物を生成するために、液状及び/又は気 体状の1種又は1種以上の金属化合物を使用する、請求項20に記載の方法。 22. はじめに複数の耐火性酸化物を生成させるために反応させる金属、過酸 化物及び/又は金属化合物は複数の発生期の混合酸化物の質量比が後で生成する 混合酸化物を構成する酸化物の化学量論比の0.5〜2倍であるように制御する 、請求項20又は21に記載の方法。 23. 前記複数の耐火性酸化物生成中の温度は生成する混合酸化物の熔融温度 よりも50°〜200℃高く保つ、請求項20〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方 法。 24. 複数の耐火性酸化物生成中の温度は添加材として導入する1種又は複数 の耐火性酸化物の量と粒径分布とを調整して制御する、請求項20〜23のいず れか1項に記載の方法。 25. 複数の耐火性酸化物の生成反応は外部熱源により惹起され、前記の反応 温度は系の初期温度を考慮して制御する、請求項20〜24のいずれか1項に記 載の方法。 26. 反応させる金属、過酸化物及び/又は金属化合物の量と性質は透輝石、 モンティセライト及び/又はメルウィナイトから構成される混合酸化物を含有す る組成物が生成するように制御する、請求項20〜25のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 27. 反応させる金属、過酸化物及び/又は金属化合物の量と性質は12Ca O・7Al2O。、CaO・Al2O3及び/又はCaO・2Al2O3から構成さ れる混合酸化物を含有する組成物が生成するように制御する、請求項26に記載 の方法。 28. 反応させる金属、過酸化物及び/又は金属化合物の量と性質は BaO・SiO2及び/又はBaO・Al2O3から構成される混合酸化物を含有 する組成物が生成するように制御する、請求項27に記載の方法。 29. 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の化学物質の混合物を壁に塗布さ せる方法において、耐火性被覆を形成させるために前記の混合物とこれから生成 する耐火性組成物を混合酸化物の熔融温度よりも高く、混合物が含有する添加材 の熔融温度よりも低い温度にしながら、前記の物質の混合物を壁に噴霧すること を特徴とする方法。 30. 混合物を噴霧させるために酸素を少なくとも21%、好ましくは少なく とも50%含有する担体ガスを使用する、請求項29に記載の方法。 31. 混合物が壁に到達する前に、しかも組成物内で前記混合酸化物を生成す るための耐火性酸化物をその場で生成する前に、前記混合物を熔融温度にするの に必要な熱の少なくとも1部を外部から供給させる、請求項29又は30に記載 の方法。 32. 混合酸化物は前記の壁への噴霧中にその場で生成される、請求項29〜 31のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
