Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ドナー溜め(16)とカウンター溜め(18)とを含み、前記溜め(1 6、18)の各々が体表(40)とイオン伝達関係に配置されるのに適し、前記 ドナー溜め(16)が投与されるべき薬物を含有し、ドナー及びカウンター溜め (16、18)及び体表(40)を通して所定レベルの電流を供給するために、 ドナー及びカウンター溜め(16、18)を横切って電圧を印加することができ る電力源(24)を含む電気的移送式デバイス(10)において、 前記溜め(16、18)の少なくとも一方がヒドロコルチゾンと、ヒドロコル チゾンのエステルと、その塩とから成る群から選択される抗炎症剤の溶液を、前 記供給レベルの電流に付随する体表(40)刺激状態を軽減するために充分であ る抗災症剤の流量を誘導するような濃度で含むことを特徴とする前記デバイス。 2.抗炎症剤がヒドロコルチゾンを含む、請求項1記載のデバイス。 3.ヒドロコルチゾンの前記エステルがリン酸ヒドロコルチゾンとコハク酸 ヒドロコルチゾンとから成る群から選択される、請求項1又は2に記載のデバイ ス。 4.塩がヒドロコルチゾンのエステルのナトリウム塩である、請求項1〜3 のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 5.塩がヒドロコルチゾンのエステルのナトリウム塩であり、抗炎症剤を含 有する溜め(16又は18)がカソード溜めである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに 記載のデバイス。 6.前記濃度が約0.1〜50mg/mlである、請求項1〜5のいずれか に記載のデバイス。 7.前記濃度が約3〜10mg/mlである、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記 載のデバイス。 8 抗炎症剤の流量が約0.03〜10μg/cm2・時の範囲内である、 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 9.抗炎症剤の流量が約0.1〜5μg/cm2・時の範囲内である、請求 頃1〜8のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 10.前記供給レベルの電流が約10〜250μA/cm2の範囲内である 、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 11.供給レベルの電流が約50〜150μA/cm2の範囲内である、請 求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 12.前記抗炎症剤がヒドロコルチゾンを含み、ヒドロコルチゾンを含有す る溜め(16又は18)がアルコール類、グリセロール類、グリコール類、シク ロデキストリン類及び界面活性剤から成る群から選択される物質の水溶液をも含 む、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 13.(a)前記ドナー溜め(16)が抗炎症剤を含む;又は (b)前記カウンター溜め(18)が抗炎症剤を含む;又は (c)前記溜め(16、18)の両方が抗炎症剤を含む、請求項1〜12のいず れかに記載のデバイス。 14.体表(40)が皮膚を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のデバ イス。 15.電気的移送式薬物投与デバイス(10)の、投与されるべき薬物を含 有するドナー溜め(16)と、カウンター溜め(18)とを体表(40)とイオ ン伝達関係に配置し;体表(40)を通して供給レベルの電流を生じさせ、電気 的移送によって体表(40)を通して薬物を投与するために、ドナー及びカウン ター溜め(16、18)を横切って電位を印加することを含む、体表(40)を 通して電気的移送によって薬物を投与する方法において、 前記ドナー及びカウンター溜め(16、18)の少なくとも一方に、ヒドロコ ルチゾンと、ヒドロコルチゾンのエステルと、その塩とから成る群から選択され る抗災症剤の溶液を入れることを含み、前記溶液が前記電気的移送式薬物投与に 付随する体表(40)刺激状態を軽減するために充分である抗災症剤の流量を誘 導するような濃度を有することを特徴とする前記方法。 16.前記抗炎症剤がヒドロコルチゾンを含む、請求項15記載の方法。 17.ヒドロコルチゾンの前記エステルがリン酸ヒドロコルチゾンとコハク 酸ヒドロコルチゾンとから成る群から選択される、請求項15又は16に記載の 方法。 18.塩がヒドロコルチゾンのエステルのナトリウム塩である、請求項15 〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。 19.塩がヒドロコルチゾンのエステルのナトリウム塩であり、抗炎症剤を 含有する溜め(16又は18)がカソード溜めである、請求項15〜18のいず れかに記載の方法。 20.前記濃度が約0.1〜50mg/mlである、請求項15〜19のい ずれかに記載の方法。 21.前記濃度が約3〜10mg/mlである、請求項15〜20のいずれ かに記載の方法。 22.抗炎症剤の流量が約0.03〜10μg/cm2・時の範囲内である 、請求項15〜21のいずれかに記載の方法。 23.抗炎症剤の流量が約0.1〜5μg/cm2・時の範囲内である、請 求項15〜22のいずれかに記載の方法。 24.前記供給レベルの電流が約10〜250μA/cm2の範囲内である 、請求項15〜23のいずれかに記載の方法。 25.供給レベルの電流が約50〜150μA/cm2の範囲内である、請 求項15〜24のいずれかに記載の方法。 26.前記抗炎症剤がヒドロコルチゾンを含み、ヒドロコルチゾンを含有す る溜め(16又は18)がアルコール類、グリセロール類、グリコール類、シク ロデキストリン類及び界面活性剤から成る群から選択される物質の水溶液をも含 む、請求項15〜26のいずれかに記載の方法。 27.(a)前記ドナー溜め(16)が抗炎症剤を含む;又は (b)前記カウンター溜め(18)が抗炎症剤を含む;又は (c)前記溜め(16、18)の両方が抗炎症剤を含む、請求項15〜26のい ずれかに記載の方法。 28.体表(40)が皮膚を含む、請求項15〜27のいずれかに記載の方 法。
