Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.− ネオンを主に含有するガス封入を備える放電ランプ、 − 反射表面を有するハウジング、及び − ハウジング内に放電ランプを位置させる手段 を備える照明装置において、放電ランプの壁が、第1発光層を含む発光スクリ ーンを備えることを特徴とする照明装置。 2.第1発光層は、緑色−発光物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明 装置。 3.第1発光層は、2価のマンガンにより活性化された珪酸亜鉛を含むことを特 徴とする請求項2記載の照明装置。 4.第1発光層は、3価のセリウムにより活性化されたイットリウム−アルミニ ウムガーネット緑色−発光物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の照明装置 。 5.3価のセリウムにより活性化されたイットリウム−アルミニウムガーネット 装置。 6.3価のセリウムにより活性化されたイットリウム−アルミニウムガーネット 中のアルミニウムの一部を、ガリウム及び/又はスカンジウムで置換することを 特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の照明装置。 7.第1発光層は、3価のテルビウムにより活性化された珪酸イットリウム緑色 −発光物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の照明装置。 8.放電ランプに、フィルターを組み入れることを特徴とする請求項7記載の照 明装置。 9.発光スクリーンは、第1発光層と放電容器の壁との間に存在する第2発光層 を含み、前記第2発光層は3価のセリウムにより活性化されたイットリウム−ア ルミニウムガーネット緑色−発光物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載の照 明装置。 10.3価のセリウムにより活性化されたイットリウム−アルミニウムガーネット 中のアルミニウムの一部を、ガリウム及び/又はスカンジウムで置換することを 特徴とする請求項9記載の照明装置。 11.第1発光層は、青色−発光物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10いず れかの項記載の照明装置。 12.青色−発光物質は、MgWO4,Y2-xO2S:xTb3+及びY2-xSiO5:xCe3+から成る 群に属する一種若しくはそれ以上の発光材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項11 項記載の照明装置。 13.放電ランプのガス封入圧力は、周囲温度で30ミリバールより小さいことを 特徴とする請求項1〜12いずれかの項記載の照明装置。 14.ランプ容器の直径は5mmより小さいことを特徴とする請求項13記載の照明 装置。 15.請求項2〜14いずれかの項記載の照明装置に用いるのに適する放電ランプ 。
