Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の各段階を含むことを特徴とする芳香族ポリアミドパルプの製造方法。 (a)アミド系及び/又はウレア系有機溶媒系に無機塩及び/又はルイス酸化合 物を添加して重合溶媒を製造する段階、 (b)前記重合溶媒に芳香族ジアミンを溶解させた後、芳香族ジアミンと等モル で反応する芳香族二酸塩化物の総量100重量%中20〜50重量%を添加して 1次重合体溶液を製造する段階、 (c)連続混合装置を用い、前記1次重合体溶液に残りの芳香族二酸塩化物50 〜80重量%を添加、混合させて2次重合体溶液を製造する段階、 (d)前記2次重合体溶液を連続移動式重合−配向−ゲル化装置に吐出させる段 階、 (e)前記1次重合体溶液そして2次重合体溶液から得られた混合溶液を撹拌し てゲル化前まで重合及び配向させる段階、 (f)前記(e)で得られた溶液を放置して、前記溶液が撹拌器と反応容器から 分離可能な状態にまでゲル化させる段階、並びに、 (g)ゲル化重合体を撹拌器と反応容器から分離した後、熟成させて凝固液中で 凝固させ、パルプ化装置で粉砕して、水洗及び乾燥する段階。 2.均質に混合させるため、1次重合体溶液と2次重合体溶液とが同一方向に射 出されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の製造方法。 3.前記撹拌器がスクリュー型撹拌器であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 記載の製造方法。 4.ゲル化させるための放置時間が10秒〜10分であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項記載の製造方法。 5.前記凝固液が水、または水と前記重合溶媒と無機塩との混合凝固液であるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の製造方法。 6.前記混合凝固液中の重合溶媒及び無機塩の含量が凝固液全体量に対して40 重量%であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の製造方法。 7.芳香族ポリアミドパルプがポリ(パラ‐フェニレンテレフタルアミド)であ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の製造方法。 8.固有粘度が3.5g/dlより大きく、カナダ標準自由度が250〜500 mlであり、窒素吸着法による比表面積が5m2/Gより大きいものであること を特徴とする芳香族ポリアミドパルプ。 9.芳香族ポリアミドパルプがポリ(パラ‐フェニレンテレフタルアミド)であ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項記載の芳香族ポリアミドパルプ。 10.前記重合体溶液を撹拌器を用いてゲル化前まで重合及び配向させた後、1 0秒より長く放置することによって、該撹拌器及び反応容器から容易に重合体を 分離させることを特徴とする、芳香族ジアミンと芳香族二酸塩化物との重合によ る芳香族ポリアミドの製造方法。 11.前記重合体溶液の放置時間が10秒〜10分であることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第10項記載の製造方法。 12.分離後に撹拌器と反応容器とに残存する重合体量が重合体総量の0.5重 量%未満であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項記載の製造方法。
