Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガスタービンエンジンに使用するためのブレードであって、上記ブレードが 、翼部と該翼部と一体となったあり継ぎ型基部とを有し、かつ上記翼部が前縁と 後縁とを有するものにおいて、 気流による回転の際のブレードの動きを最小にするように、上記あり継ぎ型基 部の下面に一対の基部レールが設けられていることを特徴とするブレード。 2.上記の一対の基部レールは、ウエッジ型の外形を有し、かつ上記前縁から上 記後縁へ向かって断面積が小さくなる方向にテーパをなしていることを特徴とす る請求項1記載のブレード。 3.上記の一対の基部レールの間に、基部溝が画定されていることを特徴とする 請求項1記載のブレード。 4.上記基部溝内に複数の排出用開口部が配置されていることを特徴とする請求 項3記載のブレード。 5.複数のファンブレードと、この複数のファンブレードを受容する複数のあり 継ぎ型スロットを備えたファンディスクと、を有し、かつガスタービンエンジン に使用するためのファンであって、各ファンブレードが、翼部と該翼部と一体と なったあり継ぎ型基部とを有し、上記翼部が、前縁と後縁とを有し、上記ファン ディスクが、上 記ブレードの上記前縁に対応する前端面と上記ブレードの上記後縁に対応する後 端面とを有し、さらに、上記あり継ぎ型基部が上記あり継ぎ型スロットに保持さ れているファンにおいて、 気流による回転の際のブレードの動きを最小にするように、上記ブレードの上 記あり継ぎ型基部の下面に一対の基部レールが設けられているとともに、 上記あり継ぎ型スロットの底面に一対のスロットレールが設けられ、上記一対 のスロットレールが上記一対の基部レールに合致することを特徴とするファン。 6.上記の一対の基部レールは、ウエッジ型の外形を有し、かつ上記翼部の上記 前縁から上記後縁へ延びているとともに、上記ブレードの上記前縁から上記後縁 へ向かって断面積が小さくなる方向にテーパをなしており、 上記の一対のスロットレールは、ウエッジ型の外形を有し、かつ上記ディスク の上記前端面から上記後端面へ延びているとともに、上記ファンディスクの上記 前端面から上記後端面へ向かって断面積が大きくなる方向にテーパをなしている ことを特徴とする請求項5記載のファン。 7.上記の一対の基部レールの間に、基部溝が画定されていることを特徴とする 請求項5記載のファン。 8.高い環状応力が半径方向内側に位置するように、上記一対のス ロットレールの間に、スロット溝が画定されていることを特徴とする請求項5記 載のファン。
