Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 少なくとも1つの圧力流体発生装置(110)、少なくとも1つの低圧流体 リザーバ(120)及び少なくとも1つの受圧装置(130,130a,130 b)を包含する流体回路の圧力を調整する装置であって、孔(14,14a,1 4b)内を摺動する分配摺動弁(16,16a,16b)の位置を制御する可動 磁気コア及び電気巻線(18,18a,18b)を包含する少なくとも1つのソ レノイド弁と、孔(14,14a,14b)に連通し圧力流体発生装置(110 )に接続される第1ダクト(82,78)と、受圧装置(130,130a,1 30b)に接続される第2ダクト(12)と、低圧流体リザーバ(120)に接 続される第3ダクト(78,82)とを包含し、この装置が第1の型の制御信号 (S1,S,Sa,Sb)に応答して作動するようになっている圧力調整装置にお いて、第1の型の制御信号(S1,S,Sa,Sb)に応答した作動を許容する少 なくとも1つの条件が満たされていない場合圧力流体発生装置(110)による 圧力調整装置への圧力流体供給を遮断し且つ第2の型の制御信号(54)に応答 して作動する第2の圧力流体発生装置(50)により圧力調整装置に圧力流体供 給を行うようにする装置(40,76)を設けたことを特徴とする圧力調整装置 。 2 請求項1記載の圧力調整装置において、第1の型 の制御信号(S1,S,Sa,Sb)が電気的のものであり、第2の型の制御信号 (54)が機械的又は手動のものであることを特徴とする圧力調整装置。 3 請求項1記載の圧力調整装置において、圧力流体発生装置(110)による 圧力調整装置への圧力流体供給を遮断し且つ第2の圧力流体発生装置(50)に より圧力調整装置に圧力流体供給を行うようにする装置(40,76)が、圧力 流体発生装置(110)と低圧流体リザーバ(120)とに接続された2位置ソ レノイド弁(40)を包含することを特徴とする圧力調整装置。 4 請求項3記載の圧力調整装置において、2位置ソレノイド弁(40)に接続 される第1端部室(34)と第2の圧力流体発生装置(50)に接続される第2 端部室(32)とを孔(22)内に画成する分配摺動弁(24)を設けたことを 特徴とする圧力調整装置。 5 請求項4記載の圧力調整装置において、2位置ソレノイド弁(40)が、第 1位置では第1の型の制御信号(S1,S,Sa,Sb)に応答して第1端部室( 34)を圧力流体発生装置(110)に接続し、第2位置では第2の型の制御信 号(54)に応答して第1端部室(34)を低圧流体リザーバ(120)接続す ることを特徴とする圧力調整装置。 6 請求項4記載の圧力調整装置において、第1及び第2端部室(34,32) が第1及び第3ダクト(78, 82)に接続されていることを特徴とする圧力調整装置。 7 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整装置において、第2の圧 力流体発生装置(50)が、第2端部室(32)に接続されブレーキペダル(5 4)に発揮される力の関数として圧力を調節する流量調整分配装置であることを 特徴とする圧力調整装置。 8 請求項7記載の圧力調整装置において、流量調整分配装置(50)が校正弁 (52)を介して圧力流体発生装置(110)に接続されていることを特徴とす る圧力調整装置。 9 請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の圧力調整装置において、分配摺動 弁(16,16a,16b)の位置を制御するソレノイド弁の巻線が比例型のも のであることを特徴とする圧力調整装置。
