Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ダイを含む棒状洗剤型打ち装置であって、前記ダイが少なくとも一つの棒状 洗剤型打ち面を有し、前記棒状洗剤型打ち面が全厚さ200ミクロン未満のエラ ストマー塗料を備えている装置。 2.エラストマー塗料が棒状洗剤型打ち面の唯一のエラストマー材料である請求 の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 3.ダイが金属およびその合金、熱硬化性樹脂および熱可塑性樹脂、ハードキャ ストポリウレタン、セラミクス、複合材ならびに積層品のうちから選択された剛 性材料を含む請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の装置。 4.エラストマー塗料がエラストマー、ゴム、熱可塑性エラストマーならびにそ れらの共重合体および混合物のうちから選択される請求の範囲第1項または第2 項に記載の装置。 5.エラストマー塗料の厚さが1ミクロン〜200ミクロン未満の範囲内である 請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の装置。 6.少なくとも一つのエラストマー塗料でコーティングされたばり除去板をさら に含む請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載 の装置。 7.ダイを取り付けた背板をさらに有し、前記背板が少なくとも一つのエラスト マー塗料でコーティングされている請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の装置 。 8.エラストマー塗料の弾性係数が0.1〜50MPaの範囲内にある請求の範 囲第1項または第2項に記載の装置。 9.棒状洗剤型打ち装置でエラストマー塗料を形成する方法であって、 i) 前記エラストマー塗料用の接着面を形成するために前記装置を化学的お よび/または機械的方法で前処理する段階、および ii) 厚さ200ミクロン未満の前記エラストマー塗料を塗布する段階 を含む方法。 10.機械的方法がワイヤブラシ、研磨紙、ブラスチング法、スパークエロージ ョン、研磨およびそれらの組合せを用いた処理のうちから選択される表面洗浄方 法である請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 11.化学的方法が溶剤洗浄、酸性処理、表面エッチング、プ ライマーの使用、粘着性接着剤の使用およびそれらの組合せのうちから選択され る請求の範囲第9項に記載の方法。 12.請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の装置を使用する棒状洗剤型打ち方 法。 13.請求の範囲第12項に記載の棒状洗剤型打ち方法であって、 i) ダイの棒状洗剤型打ち面の少なくとも一つに厚さ200ミクロン未満の エラストマー塗料を形成する段階、 ii) 棒状洗剤組成物を段階i)のダイに送る段階、 iii) 型打ちされた棒状洗剤を形成するためにダイ中で組成物を型打ちす る段階、および iv) 容易に再現可能な方法で表面装飾を施せるように棒状洗剤をダイから はずす段階を含む方法。 14.表面装飾がロゴ、商標またはそれに類似のものである請求の範囲第12項 に記載の方法。
