Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 3, there has been known a wooden flooring made by sticking a thin wooden veneer (c) to a surface of a wooden plywood (a) via an adhesive layer (b). ing. However, in the case of the wooden flooring material, the surface made of only the wooden material has a low strength, and when a heavy object falls thereon or a caster such as a chair runs thereon, the surface is easily scratched or dented. Met. The thickness of the thin wood veneer (c) is 0.3 mm or less, and the wood fiber direction of the wood veneer (c) and the wood fiber direction of the wood veneer layer which is the uppermost layer of the wood plywood (b) In the case where と and と have the same orientation, cracks tend to occur particularly on the surface of the same thin wood veneer (c).

When a thin wooden veneer (c) was adhered to the surface of the above through an adhesive layer (b), it was conceivable to reinforce it by interposing a nonwoven fabric (d) together with the adhesive layer (b). However, in this case, in addition to the step of applying the adhesive, a troublesome work step of stretching the nonwoven fabric (d) is added, so that the manufacturing process is complicated, and the nonwoven fabric (d) is rich in swelling properties. As a result, problems such as a decrease in dimensional stability and a warpage are newly generated. In addition, since the nonwoven fabric (d) is relatively flexible, a sufficient reinforcing effect cannot be obtained.

However, in the wooden building material, MDF (e) has a high strength, so that high surface strength can be obtained. On the other hand, since the MDF (e) has a high swelling property, the dimensional stability is poor, and the warp deformation occurs. If easy, the wood-based building materials were considered unsuitable as flooring materials.

It becomes. Therefore, in this case, the thin wooden veneer adhered thereon is reinforced by the synthetic resin layer in which the synthetic resin fibers are mixed, so that high surface strength is obtained. In addition, since the synthetic resin layer has low swelling property and is hard to expand and contract due to mixing of synthetic resin fibers, warpage deformation and generation of cracks on the surface are effectively prevented. Further, since the same synthetic resin layer can be obtained in the application step as in the case of the conventional adhesive, the production process can be made relatively simple without complicating the production process.

And an adhesive layer obtained by applying an adhesive mixed with the same synthetic resin fiber to form a synthetic resin layer, and a thin wooden veneer is bonded onto the adhesive layer via the synthetic resin layer. It is characterized by having been done. Therefore, in this case, in particular, a coating layer is formed by applying a paint mixed with synthetic resin fibers to the surface of the wooden plywood, so that the surface of the wooden plywood has been subjected to a moisture-proof hardening treatment, and An adhesive layer containing the same synthetic resin fibers is applied to form an adhesive layer, and the adhesive does not penetrate the wood plywood, so that the synthetic resin layer containing the synthetic resin fibers is reliably formed. At the same time, the thin wooden veneer is firmly adhered and fixed on the adhesive layer.

The direction and the wood fiber direction of the thin wood veneer are characterized by the same orientation. Therefore, particularly in this case, if the wood fiber direction of the wood veneer layer, which is the uppermost layer of the wood plywood, and the wood fiber direction of the wood thin veneer have the same orientation, cracks are likely to occur on the surface in the conventional case. However, the generation of the cracks is effectively prevented, which is extremely effective.
