かかる本発明の目的は、テトラフルオロエチレン30〜70モル%、メチルビニルエーテル5〜40モル%およびフッ化ビニリデン5〜65モル%の共重合組成を有し、η sp/c( テトラヒドロフラン中、 35 ℃ ) が 0.1 〜 3dl/g の値を有する含フッ素エラストマーによって達成される。

Claims (2)
- テトラフルオロエチレン30〜70モル%、メチルビニルエーテル5〜40モル%およびフッ化ビニリデン5〜65モル%の共重合組成を有し、η sp/c( テトラヒドロフラン中、 35 ℃ ) が 0.1 〜 3dl/g の値を有する含フッ素エラストマー。
- テトラフルオロエチレン、メチルビニルエーテルおよびフッ化ビニリデンを、pH7〜11および温度約0〜70℃の反応条件下で共重合反応させることを特徴とする、テトラフルオロエチレン 30 〜 70 モル % 、メチルビニルエーテル 5 〜 40 モル % およびフッ化ビニリデン 5 〜 65 モル % の共重合組成を有する含フッ素エラストマーの製造方法。
