Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.低縦断面ロードセルであって、 a.金属プレートを含み、金属プレートは、 (1) 荷重受けトングと一体的な第1の横断部分を含む荷重受け部材を含み 、荷重受けトングはプレートの北−南軸について対称的に配列され、プレートの 東−西軸を横切って延び、測定されるべき荷重を2つの軸について対称的な区域 の上に受け、さらに、 (2) 東−西軸越しに第1の横断部分と対向する第2の横断部分を含む締め 付け部材と、 (3) 東−西軸を横切って延び、金属プレートの第1の横断部分と第2の横 断部分とを接続する2つの撓み梁とを含み、各撓み梁の第1の半分は東−西軸に ついて他の半分と対称的であり、撓み梁は北−南軸について互いに対称的であり 、低縦断面ロードセルはさらに、 b.各撓み梁に装着された1対の歪トランスデューサを含み、各センサは東− 西軸から等距離にあり、 荷重が荷重受けエレメントに加えられるとき、撓み梁の各々は対称的な二重カ ンチレバーのS字形に曲がり、各トランスデューサ対の各トランスデューサは他 のトランスデューサに等しく、かつ反対の電気信号を生成する、低縦断面ロード セル。 2.締め付け部材は、第2の横断部材と一体的であり、かつ東−西軸を横切って 延びる1対の締め付けトングをさら に含み、各締め付けトングは北−南軸に関して互いに対称的である、請求項1に 記載のロードセル。 3.a.締め付けトングは荷重受けトングの東側および西側にそれに隣接して位 置決めされ、 b.撓み梁は締め付けトングの外部の東側および西側にそれに隣接して位置決 めされる、請求項2に記載のロードセル。 4.a.撓み梁は荷重受けトングの東側および西側にそれに隣接して位置決めさ れ、 b.締め付けトングは撓み梁の外部の東側および西側にそれに隣接して位置決 めされる、請求項2に記載のロードセル。 5.ロードセルパッケージであって、 a.請求項1に記載のロードセルと、 b.剛性天井および壁を有する低縦断面ハウジングとを含み、ハウジングは荷 重計に取付けられるための手段を含み、さらに、 c.ハウジングの内部のロードセルをハウジング天井にそこから間隔をあけて しっかり締めるための手段と、 d.ハウジングの底部を密閉するための可撓性ダイヤフラムとを含み、ダイヤ フラムはそこを通って延びる開口を有し、さらに、 e.ダイヤフラムの下方に配置された荷重支え部材を含み、支え部材は、ダイ ヤフラムを通って延び、かつロード セルの荷重受けトングにしっかり締められる荷重伝達部材を含み、さらに、 f.歪トランスデューサを電気制御装置に接続するための電気配線を含む、ロ ードセルパッケージ。 6.荷重支え部材は、可撓性衝撃抵抗パッドによって支えられ、かつダイヤフラ ムの下方に配置された剛性材料の平坦脚を含み、荷重伝達部材は荷重受けトング にしっかり締められた円筒形のねじ切りコラムを含み、それによつて、脚とロー ドセルとの間の距離を調節するためにコラムがねじを締められかつゆるめられ得 る、請求項5に記載のロードセルパッケージ。 7.請求項1に記載のロードセルを含む電子荷重計。 8.請求項1に記載の複数個のロードセルを含む電子荷重計。 9.請求項8に記載の低縦断面電子荷重計であって、 a.プラットホームの下側に複数個のキャビティを含む剛性低縦断面荷重受け プラットホームを含み、各キャビティは天井を有し、各ロードセルはキャビティ 天井に固定され、そこから間隔をあけられ、さらに、 b.開口を有する剛性低縦断面のより低いスケールプラットホームと、 c.より低いスケールプラットホームと荷重伝達部材との下方の重み支え脚と を含み、荷重伝達部材はロードセルの荷重受けトングと重み支え脚との間にしっ かり締められ、 さらに、 e.ロードセルからの出力を、荷重支えプラットホーム上の荷重を表わすデジ タル出力に変換するための電子手段を含む、請求項8に記載の低縦断面電子荷重 計。 10.請求項8に記載の低縦断面電子荷重計であって、 a.ロードセルを収容するための複数個のキャビティを含む剛性低縦断面荷重 支えプラットホームを含み、各キャビティは天井を有し、各ロードセルはそこか ら間隔をあけられたキャビティ天井に固定され、さらに、 b.下方からロードセルの荷重受けトングに取付けられた複数個の荷重支え脚 と、 c.ロードセルからの出力を、荷重支えプラットホーム上の荷重を表わすデジ タル出力に変換するための電子手段とを含む、請求項8に記載の低縦断面電子荷 重計。 11.一方の対の歪トランスデューサは一方の撓み梁の頂部に装着され、他方の 対の歪トランスデューサは他方の撓み梁の底部に装着される、請求項1に記載の ロードセル。 12.各対の歪トランスデューサの一方の歪トランスデューサは各撓み梁の頂部 に装着され、各対の歪トランスデューサの他方の歪トランスデューサは他の撓み 梁の各々の底部に装着される、請求項1に記載のロードセル。 13.各撓み梁に1つ以上の対の歪トランスデューサを含む、請求項1に記載の ロードセル。 14.各歪トランスデューサは第1の横断部分と第2の横 断部分とから間隔をあけられ、それによって、横断部分への捩じり力および曲げ 力が歪トランスデューサの出力に影響を及ぼさない、請求項1に記載のロードセ ル。
