Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. エポキシ樹脂基準で、オリゴマーエポキシ種を少なくとも0.05重量% 有するエポキシ樹脂、前記エポキシ樹脂に対する少なくとも1種の硬化剤および 固体ゴムとの間でin situに形成される反応生成物を含み、それが、少なくとも 1重量%の反応性基を有し、かつ、それが、前記反応生成物が形成される反応混 合物によって膨潤可能かまたは反応混合物に可溶であり、ゴム中に前記オリゴマ ー種を含む前記エポキシ樹脂の少なくとも一部対エポキシ樹脂の比が1:1〜1 :20であり、前記エポキシ樹脂が: (a)エポキシ官能価3より大、好ましくは、少なくとも4を有する少なくとも 1種の第1のエポキシ樹脂モノマー成分と; (b)エポキシ官能価1より大であるが3以下を有する少なくとも1種の第2の エポキシ樹脂モノマー成分とを含む硬化可能な組成物。 2. 前記エポキシ樹脂中に存在するオリゴマー種の量が少なくとも0.5重量 %である、請求項1に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 3. 前記ゴム対エポキシ樹脂の比が1:2.5〜1:17である、先行する請 求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 4. 前記ゴム対エポキシ樹脂の比が1:2.5〜1:16.5である、先行す る請求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 5. 反応生成物が、前記第1のエポキシ樹脂成分の少なくとも一部とのみ反応 したゴムを含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 6. 前記エポキシ樹脂成分が、1種以上の: 芳香族ジアミン類、 芳香族モノ第1級アミン類、 アミノフェノール類、 多価フェノール類、 多価アルコール類、 多価カルボン酸類、 のグリシジル誘導体を含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な 組成物。 7. 前記第1のエポキシ樹脂成分が、N,N,N’,N’−テトラグリシジル ジアミノジフェニルメタン、N,N,N’,N’−テトラグリシジル−ビス(4 −アミノフェニル)−1,4−ジイソプロピルベンゼン、N,N,N’,N’− テトラグリシジル−ビス(4−アミノ−3,5−ジメチルフェニル)−1,4− ジイソプロピルベンゼン、フェノールノボラック樹脂のグリシジルエーテル類、 ビスフェノールAノボラック樹脂のグリシジルエーテル類からなる群より選択さ れ、好ましくは、N,N,N’,N’−テトラグリシジルジアミノジフェニルメ タンである、請求項6に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 8. 前記第2のエポキシ樹脂成分が、ビスフェノールA基体物質のジグリシジ ルエーテル類、4−アミノフェノールのトリグリシジルエーテル類、ビスフェノ ールAのジグリシジルエーテル、ジグリシジル1,2−フタレートからなる群よ り選択され、好ましくは、ビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテル類である、 請求項6に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 9. 各硬化剤が、アミノ基当たり分子量500までを有するアミノ化合物であ る、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 10. 少なくとも第1および第2の硬化剤が使用され、前記第1の硬化剤がエ ポキシ基と反応することができ、ヒドロキシル基とエポキシ基との間の反応を促 進することができる、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物 。 11. 前記第1の硬化剤が、3,3’−および4,4’−ジアミノジフェニル スルホン、メチレンジアニリン、ビス(4−アミノ−3,5−ジメチルフェニル )−1,4−ジイソプロピルベンゼンおよびビス(4−アミノフェニル)−1, 4−ジイソプロピルベンゼンからなる群より選択され、好ましくは、4,4’− ジアミノジフェニルスルホンである、請求項10に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 12. 前記第2の硬化剤が、ジシアノジアミド、4−クロロフェニル−N,N −ジメチルウレア、3,4−ジクロロフェニル−N,N−ジメチルウレアおよび ボロントリフルオライドモノメチルからなる群より選択され、好ましくは、ジシ アノジアミドである、請求項10または請求項11に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 13. 前記硬化剤の合計アミン含量が、エポキシ樹脂成分の化学量論的要求量 の70〜110%の範囲である、請求項10〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載 の硬化可能な組成物。 14. ゴムが前記エポキシ樹脂に可溶である、先行する請求項のいずれか1項 に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 15. ゴムが、オレフィン、ジエンおよびニトリルゴム類、および、ペンダン ト反応性基を有するそれらのコポリマー類およびターポリマー類からなる群より 選択される、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 16. 前記反応性基がカルボキシル基である、請求項15項に記載の硬化可能 な組成物。 17. 前記ゴムが、カルボキシル基を有するジエン−ニトリルコポリマーであ る、請求項15または請求項16に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 18. 前記ゴムが、カルボキシル基を有するアクリロニトリル/ブタジエンゴ ムである、請求項15〜請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 19. 前記反応性基が、カルボキシル基であり、メタクリル酸ターポリマーに よって与えられる、請求項15〜請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な 組成物。 20. ゴムが少なくとも1重量%のカルボキシル基を含有する、請求項15〜 請求項19のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 21. ゴムが少なくとも2重量%のカルボキシル基を含有する、請求項15〜 請求項20のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 22. ゴムが少なくとも2.5重量%のカルボキシル基を含有する、請求項1 5〜請求項21のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 23. ゴムが5重量%までのカルボキシル基を含有する、先行する請求項のい ずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 24. エポキシ樹脂の合計重量基準で1〜20重量%のゴム、硬化剤および前 記組成物の反応生成物を含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能 な組成物。 25. エポキシ樹脂の合計重量基準で1〜10重量%のゴム、硬化剤および前 記組成物の反応生成物を含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能 な組成物。 26. エポキシ樹脂の合計重量基準で3〜6重量%のゴム、硬化剤および前記 組成物の反応生成物を含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な 組成物。 27. ゴムの合計重量基準で4.0〜8.0重量%のゴムと、前記第1のエポ キシ樹脂成分とを含む、請求項5に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 28. ゴムの合計重量基準で4.5〜7.0重量%のゴムと、前記第1のエポ キシ樹脂成分とを含む、請求項5に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 29. そのG’最小が、プレート寸法40mm、初期温度70℃、最終温度17 0℃、加熱速度2.0℃/分、歪み速度10.0%および振動10rads/秒を用 いて測定して、20Pa〜200Paの範囲内である、請求項5、請求項27または 請求項28に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 30. 前記G’最小が、40Pa〜160Paの範囲内である、請求項29に記載 の硬化可能な組成物。 31. 前記G’最小が、80Pa〜110Paの範囲内である、請求項29または 請求項30に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 32. 前記組成物が、さらに、繊維強化材を含む、先行する請求項のいずれか 1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物。 33. 請求項1〜請求項32のいずれか1項に記載の硬化可能な組成物と、連 続繊維強化材とを含むプレプレグ。 34. レイアップされ、ハネカム強化コンポーネントの少なくとも1つの側、 好ましくは、対向する両側と接触された請求項33に記載の少なくとも1つのプ レプレグを含む複合材料。 35. 請求項1〜請求項32のいずれか1項に記載された硬化可能な組成物も しくは請求項33に記載されたプレブレグまたは請求項34に記載された複合材 料を含み、その組成物が硬化され、硬化されたマトリックスの形態学的特徴が、 ゴムが平均寸法5μ未満、さらに特に、1μ以下を有する粒子として存在する均 一または粒状である造形物品。 36. 請求項1〜請求項32のいずれか1項に記載した硬化可能な組成物を製 造するための方法であって、ゴムと1種または複数のエポキシ樹脂成分と触媒と が反応混合物の25〜75重量%を占める、ゴムと少なくとも一部のエポキシ樹 脂成分とエポキシ基とゴムの反応性基との間の反応を促進することのできる触媒 と極性溶剤との反応混合物を形成し、反応を行うためにその混合物を加熱し、得 られた混合物を実質的に周囲温度まで冷却し、存在する場合には、エポキシ樹脂 成分の残る部分ならびに第1および第2の硬化剤をその混合物に加え、それより 溶剤を実質的に除去することを含む方法。 37. 前記ゴムと前記1種または複数のエポキシ樹脂成分と前記触媒とが反応 混合物の35〜65重量%を占める、請求項36に記載の方法。 38. 前記ゴムと前記1種または複数のエポキシ樹脂成分と前記触媒とが反応 混合物の40〜50重量%を占める、請求項36に記載の方法。 39. 混合物が、好ましくは、還流下、温度40℃〜80℃の範囲に加熱され る、請求項36〜請求項38のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 40. 触媒が、アルキルトリフェニルホスホニウムヨーダイド、ブロマイドま たはクロライド[ここで、アルキルは、メチル、エチル、プロピル、n−ブチル 、iso−ブチル、n−ペンチルまたはn−デシルである。]、トリフェニルホ スフィン、スタナスオクトエート、ボロントリフルオライドからなる群より選択 され、特に、エチルトリフェニルホスホニウムヨーダイドである、請求項36〜 請求項39のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
