Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体流路を形成する貫通開口を有しかつ前記流体流路の一部分を囲む壁を 有する弁箱であって、前記壁は環状で半径方向内向きの面を定め、第1の半径方 向内向きの溝が前記半径方向内向きの面に形成された弁箱; 前記弁箱に回転可能に取り付けられた弁体; 前記貫通開口内に置かれたときに前記壁の前記半径方向内向きの面と密に向き 合うような形状及び寸法にされた周囲面を有するリングであって、前記リングは 第1の軸方向に向いた側面と第2の軸方向に向いた側面及び第1の側面に形成さ れたノッチを有し、前記リングは前記周囲面に第2の半径方向外向きの環状の溝 を有し、前記第2の環状の溝は前記ノッチと交差し、前記第1と第2の環状の溝 は前記リングが前記貫通開口内に置かれたときに実質的に揃いこれにより前記第 1及び第2の溝が環状の通路を定めるリング; 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有するワイヤー部材;及び 前記第1の端部を前記第1の環状の溝の中に固定する固定手段であって、これ により前記リングの前記ノッチが前記第1の端部を固定する手段と揃いかつ前記 第1の端部が前記第1の環状の溝の中に固定されたときに、前記ワイヤー部材の 前記第1の端部から離れて前記ワイヤー部材の長さに沿って前記ワイヤー部材の 第2の端部に向かう方向の前記リングの前記弁箱に関する回転が前記ワイヤー部 材を前記通路内に引き込む固定手段; を備えたバルブ。 2.前記弁箱及び前記リングが共同作用して環状の弁座空洞部を形成 する請求項1のバルブ。 3.前記リングの前記第2の側面が軸方向で突き出した環状フランジを備え、 更に前記弁箱は軸方向に向いて環状に伸びている凹所を備え、前記凹所は前記リ ングが前記弁箱内に受け入れられたときに前記リングの前記第2の側面に面し、 前記凹所と前記リングの前記フランジとが共同作用して前記弁空洞部を形成する 請求項2のバルブ。 4.前記弁座空洞部内に環状の弁座が受け入れられる請求項3のバルブ。 5.前記ワイヤー部材の前記第1の端部を固定する前記手段が前記第1の環状 の溝に形成された開口を備える請求項1のバルブ。 6.前記ワイヤー部材の前記第1の端部が前記ワイヤー部材の長手方向軸線を 横切る方向で伸びている脚の部分を備え、前記脚の部分が前記開口内に受け入れ られる請求項5のバルブ。 7.前記弁体がディスクを備える請求項1のバルブ。 8.前記半径方向内向きの面が円筒面である請求項1のバルブ。 9.前記周囲面が円筒面である請求項1のバルブ。 10.前記第1及び第2の溝の断面が実質的に正方形である請求項1のバルブ 。 11.前記ワイヤー部材の断面が実質的に正方形である請求項1のバルブ。 12.前記リングが前記第1の側面に形成され対角線方向に配置された第1及 び第2の凹所を有し、前記凹所が前記リングの回転を許すように工具を挿入する 組合面として作用する請求項1のバルブ。
