Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の端部、第2の端部、及び流体流路を形成する貫通開口を有する弁箱 であって、前記流体流路の一部分を囲んでいる壁を有し、前記流体流路は前記壁 と同軸の軸線を定める弁箱; 前記弁箱内に回転可能に取り付けられた弁体であって、丸みの付けられた環状 のシール面を有しかつ前記第1の軸線に直角な第2の軸線まわりに回転可能であ り弁体; 前記弁箱内に配置されかつ前記弁体の前記シール面と気密組合をする弁座組立 体を具備し、前記弁座組立体は前記第2の軸線から前記第1の端部に向かって軸 方向に配置され、前記弁座組立体は 弾性的なプラスチック材料で形成されかつ前記弁体の前記シール面との気密 組合のための環状の半径方向内向きの第1の面及び環状で半径方向外向きの第2 の面を有するシールリングであって、環状で半径方向外向きの溝が前記第2の面 に形成されているシールリング; 前記溝の中に配置された弾性的なバッキングリングであって、前記バッキン グリングは円形断面であり、前記バッキングリングは、前記第1の軸線に直角に 前記バッキングリングの中心を通過する第1の平面により定められる中心線を有 し、前記弁体が閉鎖位置にありかつ前記弁体上に作用している流体圧力がないと きは、前記弁体の前記シール面と前記シールリングの前記第1の面との間の組合 は実質的に環状の線接触であり、前記線接触の組合は前記第2の軸線から前記弁 体の前記第1の端部に向かう方向で前記第1の平面から軸方向で変位された第2 の平面内にあるバッキングリング; を備え、更に 前記弁座組立体を前記弁体内に保持するための保持手段 を備えたバルブ。 2.前記環状で半径方向外向きの溝が前記バッキングリングの断面形状と相補 的な断面形状を有する請求項1のバルブ。 3.前記弁箱と前記保持手段とが共同作用して弁座組立体を受け入れるための 環状に伸びている弁座空洞部を定める請求項1のバルブ。 4.前記弁座空洞部は、横断方向断面で見たとき、前記第1の凹所に面する第 1の環状で軸方向向きの凹所、及び前記第1の凹所に面する第2の軸方向向きの 凹所を有し、そして前記弁空洞部は前記第1及び第2の凹所と交差しかつ前記流 路内に開口している環状に伸びる通路を更に有する請求項3のバルブ。 5.前記第1の凹所が前記第2の凹所の半径方向寸法よりも小さな半径方向寸 法を有する請求項4のバルブ。 6.前記シールリングは前記通路内に受け入れられる中央本体部分、前記本体 部分と一体でかつ前記第1の凹所内に伸びている第1のフランジ部分、及び前記 本体部分と一体でかつ前記第2の凹所内に伸びている第2のフランジ部分を有し 、前記本体部分及び前記第1と第2のフランジは共同作用して前記第2の面を定 める請求項5のバルブ。 7.前記中央本体部分、前記第1のフランジ部分、及び前記第2のフランジ部 分が、それぞれ前記通路、前記第1の凹所、及び前記第2の凹所と密に適合する ような寸法及び形状にされる請求項5のバルブ。 8.前記第2の面の前記外向きの溝は前記第1の平面内にある中心線を有し、 そして前記第1の平面は、前記第1及び第2の平面と平行な第3の平面内にある 前記本体部分の中心線から前記第1の軸線に向かい軸 方向で変位させられた請求項7のバルブ。 9.前記シールリングの前記第1の面が円形である請求項1のバルブ。
