Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.金属インプラントにリン酸カルシウム相及び金属酸化物相の勾配被覆を水性 分散中において、電気化学的反応を介して、金属インプラントから形成された基 材電極及び対抗電極を用いて形成する方法であって、 電解質として、カルシウムイオン及びリン酸イオンを含有する溶液を用い、該 溶液のpH値は好ましくは弱酸性ないしほぼ中性の領域に調整され、交互に陰極 (化)及び陽極(化)処理されることを特徴とする、勾配被覆の形成方法。 2.電解質中のカルシウムイオン及びリン酸イオンの濃度比がヒドロキシアパタ イトに相当することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.電解質溶液のpH値が4〜7.5であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方 法。 4.基材電極が、陰極(化)処理から始まり複数回交互に陰極(化)及び陽極( 化)処理され、析着は、陰極(化)処理にて終了することを特徴とする請求項1 〜3の一に記載の方法。 5.陰極(化)及び陽極(化)処理の変化に際し、後の極性化処理の時間を延長 し、及び/又は陽極(化)処理を印加電位をより一層高くしつつ行うことを特徴 とする請求項1及び4に記載の方法。 6.陰極(化)処理を定電位下又は定電流下にて行い、陽極(化)処理を定電位 下、変化電位下又は定電流下にて2〜150VSCEのレベルの目的電位に到達す るまで行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 7.陰極(化)及び陽極(化)処理を交互にかつ陰極(化)処理の全期間を1〜 60分間とし、そして陽極(化)処理の全期間を1〜60分として行うことを特 徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 8.陰極(化)処理電流密度0.1〜5mA/cm2の定電流で行うことを特徴 とする請求項1記載の方法。
