Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.そのすべてが互いに1つのCDMAチャネルおよび1つのフィードバックチ ャネルで相互結合される、複数のCDMA送信局と単一のCDMA受信局とを含 む同期複数ポイント間CDMA通信システムであって、 前記CDMA送信局は、各々、前記CDMAチャネル上で加算されて前記CD MA受信局に送られるCDMA信号を生成するために、データ信号をそれぞれの 拡がり符号で変調するそれぞれの変調器を含み、 前記CDMA受信局は、基準クロック信号と前記CDMA受信局で受信される 前記CDMA信号の前記拡がり符号との間におけるそれぞれの時間差を検出する 誤り検出回路と、前記時間差を示すそれぞれの誤り信号を前記フィードバックチ ャネルで前記CDMA送信局の各々に送る誤り送出回路とを含み、 前記CDMA送信局は、各々、前記フィードバックチャネル上のそれぞれの誤 り信号を受信するそれぞれの誤り受信回路と、前記CDMA信号の前記拡がり符 号が前記受信局に前記基準クロック信号と同期して到着するように前記CDMA チャネルへの前記CDMA信号を時間シフトすることによって受信誤り信号に応 答するそれぞれの誤り訂正回路とを含む、同期複数ポイント間CDMA通信シス テム。 2.前記1つのCDMAチャネルと前記1つのフィードバックチャネルとは単一 の光ファイバにおいて別個の周波数帯域からなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。 3.前記1つのCDMAチャネルと前記1つのフィードバックチャネルとは単一 の同軸ケーブルにおいて別個の周波数帯域からなる、請求項1に記載のシステム 。 4.前記1つのCDMAチャネルと前記1つのフィードバックチャネルとは単一 のワイヤレス無線伝送媒体において別個の周波数帯域からなる、請求項1に記載 のシステム。 5.前記フィードバックチャネルは、前記誤り信号を前記CDMA送信局の各々 に1つの周波数帯域で搬送し、同時にテレビ信号を別の周波数帯域で搬送する、 請求項1に記載のシステム。 6.前記フィードバックチャネルは、前記誤り信号を前記CDMA送信局の各々 に1つの周波数帯域において間隔をおいた時限間に搬送し、テレビ信号を同じ周 波数帯域において異なる時限間に搬送する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 7.前記CDMA送信局は、各々、前記拡がり符号で変調されて前記CDMA受 信局に送られる前記データ信号を生成する電話機を含む、請求項1に記載のシス テム。 8.前記CDMA送信局は、各々、前記拡がり符号で変調されて前記CDMA受 信局に送られる前記データ信号を生成するコンピュータを含む、請求項1に記載 のシステム。 9.前記CDMA送信局は、各々、前記拡がり符号で変調 されて前記CDMA受信局に送られる前記データ信号を生成する制御パネルを含 む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 10.前記CDMA送信局および前記CDMA受信局は互いに対して据え置き式 である、請求項1に記載のシステム。 11.前記CDMA送信局は、互いに対し、および前記CDMA受信局に対し移 動する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 12.前記誤り訂正回路は制御信号を前記変調器に送り、それによって、前記符 号が変調される信号の生成が、前記誤り信号に応答して変化する遅延を伴って開 始される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 13.前記誤り訂正回路は前記変調器と前記CDMAチャネルとの間に結合され 、前記符号が変調された信号を前記CDMAチャネルに、前記誤り信号に応答し て変化する遅延を伴って送る、請求項1に記載のシステム。 14.各CDMA送信局の前記変調器は前記データ信号を1ビットにつきN個の チップで変調し、前記複数におけるCDMA受信局の総数は少なくともN/2で ある、請求項1に記載のシステム。 15.各CDMA送信局の前記変調器は前記データ信号を1ビットにつきN個の チップで変調し、前記複数におけるCDMA受信局の総数はNより大きい、請求 項1に記載のシステム。 16.前記拡がり符号のすべての対は、0の時間差がそれらの間に生じたときに 所定の最小の相互相関を有する、請 求項1に記載のシステム。 17.前記拡がり符号はウォルシュ−アダマール符号である、請求項1に記載の システム。 18.すべての前記CDMA送信局の前記変調器はまずそれらのCDMA信号を 同じ拡がり符号で生成し、そのCDMA信号が前記CDMA受信局に前記基準ク ロックと同期して到着しつつあることを特定の変調器への前記誤り信号が示すと 、その特定の変調器はそのCDMA信号を各変調器に対して異なるそれぞれの拡 がり符号で生成する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 19.前記受信CDMA局は、前記それぞれの拡がり符号を各特定の変調器に割 当てそれを前記フィードバックチャネルで送る制御回路を含む、請求項18に記 載のシステム。
