Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.トランスダクタとして働く半導体基板上にセンサとして働く層を備えたシリ コンをベースとした化学センサ、特にバイオセンサにおいて、基板表面をエッチ ング処理することにより形成された多孔質の層を有しており、この層が孔内に嵌 合するセンサとして働く物質を備えており、この孔の開孔径がこのセンサとして 働く物質の侵入能に適合されていることを特徴とする化学センサ、特にバイオセ ンサ。 2.非伝導性の境界層が孔壁に存在していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項 に記載のセンサ。 3.多孔質の物質の表面とセンサとして働く物質との間に、二酸化珪素および/ または酸化アルミニウム、五酸化タンタル或いは窒化珪素から成る境界層が設け られていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載のセンサ。 4.非伝導性の境界層の厚みが1−100nmであることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第2項或いは第3項に記載のセンサ。 5.メソ−および/またはマクロ孔を備えた海綿状の多孔質の層が設けられてい ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項までのいずれか一つに記載のセ ンサ。 6.孔が枝別れを有しかつ1nm−10μm、特に10−1000nm(チャン ネル直径)の平均孔径を備えたチャンネルによって形成されていることを特徴と する請求の範囲第5項に記載のセンサ。 7.海綿状の層の厚みが10nm−100μmであることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項から第6項までのいずれか一つに記載のセンサ。 8.吸着により海綿状構造体内に或いは海綿状構造体の表面にセンサとして働く 物質が蓄積されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第7項までのいず れか一つに記載のセンサ。 9.センサとして働く物質が多孔質の海綿状構造体に共有結合されていることを 特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第7項までのいずれか一つに記載のセンサ。 10.孔内に係入しているセンサとして働く物質の生体分子が架橋されているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第7項までのいずれか一つに記載のセン サ。 11.センサとして働く物質が層形成体内に存在していることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項から第7項までのいずれか一つに記載のセンサ。 12.センサとして働く物質がガラス膜或いは固形物膜或いは合成樹脂膜或いは ポリマー膜内に分散されて存在していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に 記載のセンサ。 13.イオン選択性電極として形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項から第12項までのいずれか一つに記載のセンサ。 14.容量性電界効果型構造として形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項から第12項までのいずれか一つに記載のセンサ。 15.イオン選択性電界効果型トランスダクタとして形成されていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項から第12項までのいずれか一つに記載のセンサ。 16.異なる選択性のアレイとして形成されていることを特徴とする特許請求の 範囲第1項から第15項までのいずれか一つに記載のセンサ。 17.アレイ成分として非選択性の補助電極が設けられていることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第16項に記載のセンサ。
