Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 光学放射線の光源と、放射線検出器の配列と、第1の素子および第2の素 子とを具備する光学変位センサにおいて、 前記第1および第2の素子の各々が交替する第1および第2の領域を有し、 前記第1の領域が第2の領域の光学的透過率より大きな光学的透過率を有し、 前記第1および第2の素子の各々が、前記第1および第2の領域が光源と配列 との間を通過するように可動であることを特徴とする光学変位センサ。 2. 前記光源が点光源を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のセン サ。 3. 前記光源がさらに、前記点光源からの放射線を拡散させるための拡散装置 を具備することを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載のセンサ。 4. 前記配列が線形配列を具備することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の センサ。 5. 前記放射線検出器が連続的であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載 のセンサ。 6. 前記第1および第2の素子が回転素子であることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項記載のセンサ。 7. 前記第1および第2の素子の前記第1および第2の領域が定まった等しい 空間期間を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のセンサ。 8. 前記第1および第2の素子の各々の前記第1および第2の領域が定まった マーク・スペース比を有することをと特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のセンサ 。 9. 前記第1の素子の前記第1および第2の領域のマーク・スペース比が、前 記第2の素子の前記第1および第2の領域のマーク・スペース比に等しいことを 特徴とする請求の範囲第8項記載のセンサ。 10. 前記第1の領域が前記第1および第2の素子の中に形成されたスロット を有し、前記第2の領域がこれらスロット同士間に配置された前記第1および第 2の素子の不透明な部分を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のセン サ。 11. 前記第1および第2の素子が、前記第1および第2の素子の前記第2の 領域が光源と配列との間で重なるように、自身同士間の相対的運動を禁止するた めに拘束されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のセンサ。 12. 前記第1および第2の素子が分離可能なように相互接続されていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のセンサ。 13. 前記第1および第2の素子が、自身同士間に存在する分離可能相互接続 部と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第12項記載のセンサ。 14. 前記第1および第2の素子が共角を成すことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 12記載のセンサ。 15. 前記第1および第2の素子が、それぞれ円形状のまたは円盤状の、内部 部分および外部部分を具備することを特徴とする請求の範囲第14記載のセンサ 。 16. 予め定められた値より大きな放射レベルとこの予め定められた値より小 さな放射レベルとの間のトランジション(移行)の配列上の発生位置を検出する ための検出器をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のセンサ 。 17. 前記第1および第2の領域ならびに配列が、前記第1および第2の素子 の位置と無関係に、少なくとも5つのトランジションが配列上に発生するように 配置されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項記載のセンサ。 18. 前記第1および第2の素子の相対的な変位を求めるために位置を処理す るためのプロセッサをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求の範囲第16項記載 のセンサ。 19. 相対的位置を、第1と第6のトランジションとの間の距離の、第1と第 4のトランジションまたは第3と第6のトランジションとの間の距離に対する比 の関数として求めるためにプロセッサが配置されることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第18項記載のセンサ。 20. 前記光源および配列の対角線上の反対側に配置された、光学放射線のさ らなる光源および前記放射線検出器のさらなる配列とをさらに具備することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第6項記載のセンサ。 21. 請求の範囲第1項記載のセンサおよび第1と第2の素子間の弾性カップ リングを有することを特徴とするトルク・センサ。 22. 前記第1の素子がn個の第2の領域を有し、その内の(n−1)個の領 域が第1の幅を有し、その他の領域が第1の幅とは異なった第2の幅を有するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載のセンサ。 23. 請求の範囲第22項記載のセンサにおいて、 前記第2の素子がn個の第2の領域を有し、 その内の(n−2)個の領域が第3の幅を有し、 その他の2つの領域が第3の幅とは異なった第4の幅を有し、 第1と第3の幅の和が第2の幅と第4の幅の2倍の和に等しく、 前記第1の素子の他の第2の領域が、前記第1および第2の素子の運動の間に 、前記第2の素子の前記第2の領域の他の2つの領域の間に配置されることを特 徴とするセンサ。 24. 前記第1および第2の素子が回転素子であり、前記配列が前記第1およ び第2の領域のイメージ(結像)の位置を前記第1および第2の領域の対応する 回転位置に変換するためのデータ・プロセッサに接続されていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第4項記載のセンサ。
