Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.分子または分子部分の水溶液に、分子または分子部分に向けられた抗体を添 加することからなる、水溶液中における加水分解感受性分子または分子部分を安 定化する方法。 2.加水分解感受性分子または加水分解感受性分子部分は免疫学的検出方法にお いて用いられる標識である請求項1に記載の方法。 3.標識はルミネッセンス、蛍光、リン光、化学ルミネッセンス、生物ルミネッ センス、吸光またはエレクトロルミネッセンスを発生できる基である請求項2に 記載の方法。 4.標識はアクリジニウムエステル、アクリジニウムアシルスルホンアミド、ル ミノール、イソルミノールまたはそれらの誘導体、ジオキセタン、ルシフェリン 、シュウ酸エステルまたはシュウ酸アミドである請求項3に記載の方法。 5.分子、分子部分または標識に対する抗体は、モノクローナル抗体、ポリクロ ーナル抗体、キメラ抗体、(半)合成抗体、抗体フラグメントまたは化学的に修 飾された抗体もしくは化学的に修飾された抗体フラグメントである請求項1〜4 のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.加水分解感受性分子または加水分解感受性分子部分およびそれに向けられた 安定化抗体からなるキット。 7.安定化すべき分子部分は標識である請求項6に記載のキット。 8.免疫学的検出方法において用いられる請求項7に記載のキット。 9.免疫学的検出方法は、被検物質誘導体もしくは抗体のいずれかが標識を有す る被検物質誘導体および抗体、ならびに標識に向けられている抗体からなる競合 免疫学的検出方法である請求項8に記載のキット。 10.免疫学的検出方法は、被検物質に向けられた2種の抗体、すなわち被検物質 の異なるエピトープに結合し、抗体の一方は標識を有する2種の抗体、およびそ の標識に向けられた抗体から構成されるサンドイッチアッセイである請求項8に 記載のキット。 11.分子、分子部分または標識に向けられている抗体はモノクローナル抗体、ポ リクローナル抗体、キメラ抗体、(半)合成抗体、抗体フラグメントまたは化学 的に修飾された抗体もしくは化学的に修飾された抗体フラグメントである請求項 6〜10のいずれかに記載のキット。
