Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ルイス酸助触媒、ならびに、0価のニッケル化合物と下式の2座の燐化合物 からなる群より選ばれる化合物とから形成される触媒の存在下で、非共役非環式 脂肪族のモノエチレン様不飽和化合物と、2−ペンテンニトリルと、2−ペンテ ン酸アルキルとからなる類より選ばれる化合物と、シアン化水素とを反応させる 工程を具えることを特徴とするヒドロシアン化法: (式中、X1は、メタ−Cl、パラ−Cl、メタ−CF3、パラ−CF3、メタ− F、パラ−F、メタ−CN、パラ−CN、メタ−CH3、またはパラ−CH3あり ;X2は、メチルか、または1〜3個の炭素原子を有するアルコキシであり;n は、0、1、または2であり;そしてQは、 である)。 2.ルイス酸助触媒、ならびに、0価のニッケル化合物と、本明細書中に記載す る式1〜21の2座の燐化合物からなる群より選ばれる化合物とから形成される 触媒との存在下で、非共役非環式脂肪族のモノエチレン様不飽和化合物とシアン 化水素とを反応させる工程を具えることを特徴とするヒドロシアン化法。 3.ルイス酸助触媒、ならびに、0価のニッケル化合物と、本明細書中に記載す る式1、2、4、6、7、8、9、10、11、13、14、15および18の 2座の燐化合物からなる群より選ばれる化合物とから形成される触媒との存在下 で、非共役非環式脂肪族のモノエチレン様不飽和化合物とシアン化水素とを反応 させる工程を具えることを特徴とするヒドロシアン化法。 4.陽イオンが、スカンジウム、チタン、バナジウム、クロム、マンガン、鉄、 コバルト、銅、亜鉛、ホウ素、アルミニウム、イットリウム、ジルコニウム、ニ オブ、モリブデン、カドミウム、レニウム、およびスズから選ばれる無機または 有機金属化合物からなる群より、前記ルイス酸が選ばれることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載のヒドロシアン化法。 5.前記ルイス酸が、ZnBr2、ZnI2、ZnCl2、ZnSO4、CuCl2 、CuCl、Cu(O3SCF3)2、CoCl2、CoI2、FeI2、FeCl3 、FeCl2(THF)2、TiCl4(THF)2、TiCl4、TiCl3、Cl Ti(OiPr)3、MnCl2、ScCl3、AlCl3、(C8H17)AlCl2 、(イソ−C4H9)2AlCl、(フェニル)2lCl、ReCl5、ZrCl4、 NbCl5、VCl3、CrCl2、MoCl5、YCl3、CdCl2、LaCl3 、Er(O3SCF3)3、Yb(O2CCF3)3、SmCl3、TaCl5、B(C6 H5)3、および(C6H5)3SnX[式中、Xは、CF3SO3、CH3C6H4S O3、CH3(CH2)11C6H4SO3、または(C6H5)3BCNである]からな る群より、選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒドロシアン化法。 6.前記化合物が、2−ペンテンニトリル、3−ペンテンニトリル、4−ペンテ ンニトリル、3−ペンテン酸アルキル、4−ペンテン酸アルキル、およびCzF2 z+1 CH=CH2(式中、Zは1から12である)からなる類より、選ばれること を特徴とする請求項1に記載のヒドロシアン化法。 7.前記の非共役非環式脂肪族のモノエチレン様不飽和化合物が、3−ペンテン ニトリル、4−ペンテンニトリル、またはCzF2z+1CH=CH2(式中、zは1 から12である)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のヒドロシアン化法。 8.前記の非共役非環式脂肪族のモノエチレン様不飽和化合物が、3−ペンテン ニトリル、4−ペンテンニトリル、またはCzF2z+1CH=CH2(式中、Zは1 から12である)であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のヒドロシアン化法。
