Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.金属含有反射層を各々備えた滑動面および非滑動面を有するプラスチックフ ィルムからなる反射複合フィルムを製造する方法であって、該方法は、 a.該フィルムの該非滑動面をプリグローする工程と、 b.該フィルムの該プリグローされた非滑動面上に非滑動面反射層をスパッタ リングにより蒸着する工程と、 c.該フィルムのプリグローされない該滑動面上に滑動面反射層をスパッタリ ングにより蒸着する工程と、 を包含する、方法。 2.前記工程bにおける前記非滑動面反射層のスパッタリング蒸着は、 b1.第1の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 b2.金属層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 b3.第2の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 を包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3 前記工程cにおける前記滑動面反射層のスパッタリング蒸着は、 c1.第1の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 c2.金属層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 c3.第2の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 を包含する、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.前記工程aの前記プリグローは、空気の添加と共に行われる、請求項1に記 載の方法。 5.前記工程aの前記プリグローは、空気の添加と共に行われる、請求項3に記 載の方法。 6.前記工程b2の前記金属層および前記工程c2の前記金属層は銀を含有する 、 請求項5に記載の方法。 7.前記プラスチックフィルムはポリエステルフィルムである、請求項1に記載 の方法。 8.前記ポリエステルはポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)である、請求項7に記 載の方法。 9.前記プラスチックフィルムはポリエステルフィルムである、請求項5に記載 の方法。 10.前記ポリエステルはポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)である、請求項9に 記載の方法。 11.金属含有反射層を各々備えた滑動面および非滑動面を有するプラスチック フィルムからなる反射複合フィルムを製造する方法であって、該方法は、 a.該フィルムの該非滑動面をプリグローする工程と、 b.該フィルムのプリグローされない該滑動面上に滑動面反射層をスパッタリ ングにより蒸着する工程と、 c.該フィルムの該プリグローされた非滑動面上に非滑動面反射層をスパッタ リングにより蒸着する工程と、 を包含する、方法。 12.前記工程bにおける前記滑動面反射層のスパッタリング蒸着は、 b1.第1の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 b2.金属層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 b3.第2の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 を包含し、 前記工程cにおける前記非滑動面反射層のスパッタリング蒸着は、 c1.第1の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 c2.金属層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 c3.第2の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 を包含する、請求項11に記載の方法。 13.前記工程aの前記プリグローは、空気の添加と共に行われる、請求項11 に記載の方法。 14.前記工程b2の前記金属層および前記工程c2の前記金属層は銀を含有す る、請求項13に記載の方法。 15.前記プラスチックフィルムはポリエステルフィルムである、請求項14に 記載の方法。 16 前記ポリエステルはポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)である、請求項15 に記載の方法。 17.金属含有反射層を各々備えた滑動面および非滑動面を有するプラスチック フィルムからなる反射複合フィルムを製造する方法であって、該方法は、 a.該フィルムのプリグローされない該滑動面上に滑動面反射層をスパッタリ ングにより蒸着する工程と、 b.該フィルムの該非滑動面をプリグローする工程と、 c.該フィルムの該プリグローされた非滑動面上に非滑動面反射層をスパッタ リングにより蒸着する工程と、 を包含する、方法。 18.前記工程aにおける前記滑動面反射層のスパッタリング蒸着は、 a1.第1の誘電性層をスパッタリング蒸着する予備工程と、 a2.金属層をスパッタリング蒸着する予備工程と、 a3.第2の誘電性層をスパッタリング蒸着する予備工程と、 を包含し、 前記工程cにおける非滑動面反射層のスパッタリング蒸着は、 c1.第1の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 c2.金属層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 c3.第2の誘電性層をスパッタリングにより蒸着する予備工程と、 を包含する、請求項17に記載の方法。 19.前記工程bの前記プリグローは、空気の添加と共に行われる、請求項18 に記載の方法。 20.前記工程a2の前記金属層および前記工程c2の前記金属層は銀を含有す る、請求項19に記載の方法。 21.前記プラスチックフィルムはポリエステルフィルムである、請求項20に 記載の方法。 22.前記ポリエステルはポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)である、請求項21 に記載の方法。 23.請求項1に記載の方法によって製造される、両面反射複合フィルム。 24.請求項11に記載の方法によって製造される、両面反射複合フィルム。 25.請求項17に記載の方法によって製造される、両面反射複合フィルム。 26.滑動面と非滑動面とを備えたプラスチックフィルムであって、該非滑動面 はプリグロー処理によって改質され、該滑動面はプリグロー処理によって改質さ れていない、プラスチックフィルムと、 該フィルムの該滑動面に付着した、スパッタリングによって蒸着された第1の 反射層と、 該フィルムの該非滑動面に付着した、スパッタリングによって蒸着された第2 の反射層と、 を備えた、両面反射複合フィルム製品。 27.前記プラスチックフィルムはポリエステルである、請求項26に記載のフ ィルム製品。 28.前記ポリエステルはポリ(エチレンテレフタレート)である、請求項27 に記載のフィルム製品。 29.滑動面、非滑動面、および該面にそれぞれ付着した反射層を有するプラス チックフィルムを備え、該反射層が空気に曝されたときにフィルム安定化量の酸 素に対して透過性である、両面反射プラスチックフィルム製品。
