Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加圧流体を容器から中空のニードルを介して表面に供給する流体供給方法に おいて、流体供給中にニードルに長手方向振動を加えることを特徴とする流体供 給方法。 2.前記ニードルに1〜100Hzの範囲の周波数の振動を加え、ニードルが表 面に向かう移動の持続時間をニードルが表面から離れる移動の持続時間よりも長 くした請求項1記載の流体供給方法。 3.振動の振幅をペーストのはんだ粒子の粒度と同じ大きさとした請求項2記載 の流体供給方法。 4.前記ニードルに1〜30kHzの範囲の周波数の振動を加える請求項1記載 の流体供給方法。 5.ニードル振動とともに流体にパルス状の圧力を加える請求項1記載の流体供 給方法。 6.表面に流体を供給するため、動作中に加圧流体を表面に供給する中空のニー ドルを具えた流体供給装置において、前記ニードルに連結してニードルを長手方 向に振動させる振動装置を設けたことを特徴とする流体供給装置。 7.前記振動装置は前記ニードルに連結した圧電変換器により構成した請求項6 記載の流体供給装置。 8.前記圧電変換器は1〜100Hzの範囲の周波数の電圧によって駆動し、電 圧の振幅を2個の極限値間で変動させ、低い値と高い値との間の持続時間を高い 値と低い値との中間の値の持続時間とは異ならせた請求項7記載の流体供給装置 。 9.前記振動装置をカム機構により構成した請求項6記載の流体供給装置。 10.容器内の流体を加圧する圧力手段を設けた請求項6乃至9のうちのいずれか 一項に記載の流体供給装置。
