Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリオキシアルキレンポリマーを製造するための環状エーテルモノマーの 重合方法であって、 少なくとも1種の環状エーテルモノマーを、環状オリゴマーの形成が2重量% 未満の状態でポリオキシアルキレンポリマーが生成されるのに十分な条件下、均 質液相反応混合物中、0.1〜5重量%のヘテロポリ酸触媒と接触させて重合す ることを含む方法。 2.少なくとも2種の環状エーテルコモノマーを重合してオキシアルキレンコポ リマーを形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。 3. コポリマーがポリオキシアルキレンブロックコポリマーを含む、請求項2 に記載の方法。 4,モノマーが構造: または (式中、nは1〜8の整数であり、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5およびR6は、同じ でも異なっていてもよく、水素、C1−C20アルキル、アリール、アリールアル キルまたはアルコキシアルキルである) を有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5. 環状エーテルモノマーがテトラヒドロフランを含む、請求項1〜4のいず れかに記載の方法。 6. コモノマーがテトラヒドロフランおよび置換もしくは非置換オキシランを 含む、請求項2に記載の方法。 7. オキシランがエチレンオキシド、プロピレンオキシド、ブチレンオキシド 、オキシタンまたはC5−C20オキシランを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 8. C5−C20オキシランがα−オレフィンエポキシドを含む、請求項7に記 載の方法。 9. ヘテロポリ酸触媒が式HxMyOzを有する混合金属酸化物ヘテロポリ酸を 含み、式中、Hは水素、Mは元素周期律表第IA、IIA、IVA、IVB、VA、V B、VIAまたはVIB族から選択される金属、Oは酸素、xは1〜7の整数、yは 少なくとも1の整数、そしてzは1〜60の整数であり;1モルの触媒は0〜3 0モルの水和水を含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 10. Mが、モリブデン、タングステンまたはバナジウムのうちの少なくとも 1つを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 11. 触媒が式H3PW12O40・10H2Oを有するヘテロポリタングステン酸 を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 12. 連鎖停止剤の存在下で重合を行う工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜11の いずれかに記載の方法。 13. 連鎖停止剤がポリアルキレンオキシドオリゴマーを含む、請求項12に 記載の方法。 14. オリゴマーがポリテトラヒドロフラン、C1−C20アルカノール、無水 C1−C20カルボン酸またはオルトギ酸トリメチルを含む、請求項13に記載の 方法。 15. 反復アルキレンオキシド単位の反復ブロックを含む、合成炭化水素潤滑 剤および鉱油と相溶性のポリオキシアルキレンブロックコポリマー液体潤滑剤で あって、反復アルキレンオキシド単位が式: または (式中、nは1〜8の整数であり、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5およびR6は、同じ でも異なっていてもよく、水素、C1−C20アルキル、アリール、アリールアル キルまたはアルコキシアルキルである) の1種以上の環状エーテルモノマーの重合体残基を含み;ブロックコポリマーの 分子量が250〜10,000、分子量分布(Mw/Mn)が1〜2、粘度指数が 180〜400、鉱油および合成油への溶解度が少なくとも5重量%、そして環 状ポリオキシアルケンオリゴマーの含有率が2重量%未満である潤滑剤。 16. 開環テトラヒドロフランモノマー単位およびエチレンオキシド、プロピ レンオキシドまたはブチレンオキシドモノマー単位を含むポリアルキレンオキシ ドの反復ブロックを含有するブロックコポリマーを含んでなる、請求項15に記 載の潤滑剤。 17. Bが反復Cz+アルキレンオキシド単位、Aが置換もしくは非置換オキ シエチレンの反復単位を含む、構造A−B−Aを有する請求項15または16に 記載のポリオキシアルキレンブロックコポリマー。
