Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. NER受容体を活性化する化合物を投与することよりなるGタンパク結合 受容体の調節因子の活性を増強する方法。 2. NER受容体を活性化する化合物が、Gタンパク結合受容体との固有活性 を有しない請求項1に記載の方法。 3. Gタンパク結合受容体が、(a)ドーパミンD1受容体、および(b)ム スカリン様受容体から選択される請求項1に記載の方法。 4. Gタンパク結合受容体の調節因子が、ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニス トである請求項3に記載の方法。 5. ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニストが、SCH23390: である請求項4に記載の方法。 6. Gタンパク結合受容体の調節因子が、ムスカリン様受容 体作動薬である請求項3に記載の方法。 7. ムスカリン様受容体作動薬が、ピロカルピン、メタコリン、カルバコール 、ベタンコール、アレコリンおよびオキソトレモリンから選択される請求項6に 記載の方法。 8. ムスカリン様受容体作動薬が、ピロカルピンである請求項7に記載の方法 。 9. NER受容体を活性化する化合物が、5−(テトラデシルオキシ)−2− フランカルボン酸: または薬学上許容しうるその塩またはエステルである請求項1に記載の方法。 10. NER受容体を活性化する化合物を投与することよりなる神経成長因子 NGFの作用を増強する方法。 11. NER受容体を活性化する化合物が、5−(テトラデシルオキシ)−2 −フランカルボン酸: または薬学上許容しうるその塩またはエステルである請求項10に記載の方法。 12. NER受容体を活性化する化合物を投与することよりなるアルツハイマ ー疾患を治療する方法。 13. NER受容体を活性化する化合物が、5−(テトラデシルオキシ)−2 −フランカルボン酸: または薬学上許容しうるその塩またはエステルである請求項12に記載の方法。 14. NER受容体を活性化する化合物およびドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴ ニストを投与することよりなる請求項12に記載のアルツハイマー疾患を治療す る方法。 15. ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニストがSCH23390: である請求項14に記載のアルツハイマー疾患を治療する方法。 16. ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニスト、およびNER受容体を活性化す る化合物の量を増強するドーパミンD1受容体を投与することよりなる運動不全 を治療する方法。 17. 運動不全が、失調症、遅発性ジスキネジア、およびジル・ド・ラ・テュ ーレット症候群から選択される請求項16に記載の方法。 18. ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニストがSCH23390: である請求項16に記載の方法。 19. NER受容体を活性化する化合物が、5−(テトラデシルオキシ)−2 −フランカルボン酸: または薬学上許容しうるその塩またはエステルである請求項16に記載の方法。 20. 5−(テトラデシルオキシ)−2−フランカルボン酸の量を増強しなが ら、ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニストおよびドーパミンD1受容体を使用す ることよりなる精神病を治療する方法。 21. 精神病が精神分裂病である請求項20に記載の方法。 22. ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニストが、SCH23390: である請求項20に記載の方法。 23. NER受容体を活性化する化合物が、5−(テトラデシルオキシ)−2 −フランカルボン酸: または薬学上許容しうるその塩またはエステルである請求項20に記載の方法。 24. ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニスト、およびNER受容体を活性化す る化合物の量を増強するドーパミンD1受容体を使用することよりなる悪心を治 療する方法。 25. ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニストが、SCH23390: である請求項24に記載の方法。 26. NER受容体を活性化する化合物が、5−(テトラデシルオキシ)−2 −フランカルボン酸: または薬学上許容しうるその塩またはエステルである請求項24に記載の方法。 27. ドーパミンD1受容体作動薬、およびNER受容体を活性化する化合物 の量を増強するムスカリン様受容体を使用することよりなる高眼圧症を治療する 方法。 28. ムスカリン様受容体作動薬が、ピロカルピン、メタコリン、カルバコー ル、ベタンコール、アレコリンおよびオキソトレモリンから選択される請求項2 7に記載の方法。 29. ムスカリン様受容体作動薬が、ピロカルピンである請求項28に記載の 方法。 30. NER受容体を活性化する化合物が、5−(テトラデシルオキシ)−2 −フランカルボン酸: または薬学上許容しうるその塩またはエステルである請求項27に記載の方法。 31. G蛋白質増強量の、NER受容体を活性化する化合物および薬学上許容 しうる担体を含有する医薬組成物。 32. G蛋白質増強量の、NER受容体を活性化する化合物と、薬学上許容し うる担体と、Gタンパク結合受容体の調節因 子とを含有する請求項31に記載の医薬組成物。 33. NER受容体を活性化する化合物が、5−(テトラデシルオキシ)−2 −フランカルボン酸: または薬学上許容しうるその塩またはエステルである請求項32に記載の医薬組 成物。 34. Gタンパク結合受容体の調節因子が、(a)ドーパミンD1受容体アン タゴニスト、および(b)ムスカリン様受容体作動薬から選択される請求項33 に記載の医薬組成物。 35. Gタンパク結合受容体の調節因子が、ドーパミンD1受容体アンタゴニ ストSCH23390: である請求項34に記載の医薬組成物。 36. Gタンパク結合受容体の調節因子が、ピロカルピン、 メタコリン、カルバコール、ベタンコール、アレコリンおよびオキソトレモリン から選択されるムスカリン様受容体作動薬である請求項34に記載の医薬組成物 。 37. ムスカリン様受容体作動薬が、ピロカルピンである請求項36に記載の 医薬組成物。
