Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.長手軸及び2つの端部を有するセラミックローラー(2)と、 このローラーの少なくとも1つの端部に位置付けられた少なくとも1つの略円 筒状の金属製管継手(4)と、 この管継手とローラー(2)の端部との間に挿入され、ローラー(2)に対し て管継手を軸方向に保持し且つ管継手とローラー(2)の中心を一致させるよう に、管継手とローラー(2)の回転を連動させるための手段とを備えており、 管継手とローラー(2)の回転を連動させ且つローラー(2)に対して管継手 を軸方向に保持する手段(10)は、高温でのローラー(2)に対する管継手の 熱膨張差を補正可能であり、また、前記手段は、管継手とローラー(2)の中心 を一致させるための手段とは分離され且つ独立していることを特徴とする高温で 物品を搬送するためのローラーアセンブリ。 2.管継手(4)とローラーの中心を一致させるための手段(10)は、長手又 は放射状のバイメタル素子(14)によって構成されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項に記載のローラーアセンブリ。 3.管継手(4)とローラーの中心を一致させるための手段(10)は、長手又 は放射状の弾性素子(16)によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項に記載のローラーアセンブリ。 4.管継手とローラー(2)の回転を連動させる共に、ローラー(2)に対して 管継手(4)を軸方向に維持するための手段は、管継手(4)に取り付けられ且 つローラー(2)の端部の平坦部に設けられたバイメタル性の弾性板(18)に よって構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1 に記載のローラーアセンブリ。 5.管継手とローラー(2)の回転を連動させると共に、ローラー(2)に対し て管継手(4)を軸方向に維持するための手段は、管継手(4)に取り付けられ 且つローラー(2)の端部の平坦部(22,28)に弾性手段(27)を介して 設けられたキー(24)によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項〜第3項のいずれか1に記載のローラーアセンブリ。 6.前記平坦部の幅は、キー(24)又は弾性板(18)の幅に一致しているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項又は第5項に記載のローラーアセンブリ。 7.管継手とローラー(2)の回転を連接させると共に、ローラー(2)に対し て管継手(4)を軸方向に維持するための手段は、ローラー(2)の端部の凹所 を貫通したピン(30)によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項〜第3項のいずれか1に記載のローラーアセンブリ。
