Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アンモニアによる1種類以上の鍵酵素の抑制を回避するために、発酵にお ける条件が発酵の間じゅうアンモニアレベルを低く維持するような条件であるこ とを特徴とする、適切な培地におけるクラバム産生性微生物の発酵によるクラバ ムの製造方法。 2.アンモニアレベルが約50μg/ml未満である請求項1記載の方法。 3.鍵酵素がウレアーゼである請求項1記載の方法。 4.発酵プロセスの間に生産される尿素をウレアーゼ酵素と反応させることを 特徴とする、適切な培地におけるクラバム産生性微生物の発酵によるクラバムの 製造方法。 5.ウレアーゼが外因性である(発酵に添加される)請求項3または4記載の 方法。 6.ウレアーゼが微生物によるウレアーゼの発現の抑制を除去することによっ て作用させられる請求項3または4記載の方法。 7.抑制除去がアンモニア以外の適切な塩基による発酵のpHの調整に起因す る請求項6記載の方法。 8.塩基が水酸化ナトリウムである請求項7記載の方法。 9.抑制除去が生じ、ウレアーゼが発現された後、充分な窒素供給量を確実に するようにアンモニアによりpHを制御する請求項6、7または8記載の方法。 10.バッチ処理されたかまたは発酵に供給される複合窒素供給源の量を調整 する請求項1〜9のいずかれ1項記載の方法。 11.発酵におけるアンモニアまたは尿素の濃度に直接または間接的に影響を 及ぼすか、または、ウレアーゼの発現を増加させる化合物を発酵に添加する請求 項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法。 12.化合物が尿素を吸着する化合物または沈殿させる化合物である請求項1 1記載の方法。 13.微生物が高いレベルの内因性ウレアーゼを生産する請求項1〜12のい ずれか1項記載の方法。 14.微生物がウレアーゼ発現について構成的である請求項1〜13のいずれ か1項記載の方法。 15.クラバムがクラブラン酸である請求項1〜14のいずれか1項記載の方 法。 16.微生物がストレプトミセス・クラブリゲルス(Streptomyces clavulig erus)である請求項1〜15のいずかれ1項記載の方法。
