Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.同心のセグメント状に配置した相線(1)と、その周囲の絶縁構造体(11)と、 前記相線を取り囲む接地導線(8)とを具える三相ケーブル用のコネクタにおいて 、 該コネクタ内側の前記相線(1)が、該相線のセグメント内での分離を維持す るように星型の分離用絶縁体ピース(3)によって相互に絶縁され、 該コネクタの相端子(2)を前記分離用絶縁体ピース(3)のセグメント底部に配 置し、 該コネクタが、さらに、前記相線(1)を前記相端子(2)に対して圧着するため に適合させたクランプ手段(5,7)と協調し、 かつ、該コネクタが接地導線(8)を後方に曲げるフェルール(10)とさら に協調すると共に、該フェルールの補助により、該コネクタがレセプタクルに機 械的に固着可能であることを特徴とするコネクタ。 2.前記クランプ手段がクランプ用リング(7)およびクランプ(5)を適宜具えるこ とを特徴とする、請求項1記載のコネクタ。 3.同心のセグメント状に配置した相線(1)と、その周囲の絶縁構造体(11)と、 前記相線を取り囲む接地導線(8)とを具える三相ケーブル用のコネクタの製造方 法であって、前記相線(1)が、電気的負荷および接地導線(8)を囲む絶縁体(9)を 剥離したケーブル端部に通じる電気端子(2)と接続するケーブルの製造方法にお いて、 鋼製フェルール(10)を接地導線(8)上に、そのステム本体の所で挿入し、前 記フェルール上の接地導線(8)の分離した全ての銅線を後方に折り曲げ、該銅線 を、前記フェルール(10)がプラスチック製シース(9)に対して静止する箇所で切 り詰め、 相線を覆う絶縁体(11)を取り除き、かつ相線(1)の被覆を剥離し、 セグメント端子を有する露出したケーブル端部を、コネクタレセプタクルの 本体構造の両端間接続端子フランジの中心部を有する接地導線(8)のフェルール( 10)の調整のために、コネクタ内部へ深く押し込め、 相線(1)を、クランプ手段(5)の補助によりセグメント端子(2)に対して圧着 し、 最後に、ケーブルの接地導線(8)の両端間接続端子フランジに対する圧着が 維持されるように該コネクタを前記レセプタクルに取り付け、それによって信頼 性の高い電気的接続および良好な歪み緩和がなされるようにしたことを特徴とす るコネクタの製造方法。 4.接地導線(8)の絶縁体を、長さ約50〜 150mm、望ましくは約90mmに亘って取 り除くことを特徴とする、請求項3記載の三相ケーブル用コネクタの製造方法。 5.相線(1)の絶縁体(11)を、長さ約5〜50mm、望ましくは約20mmに亘って取り 除くことを特徴とする、請求項3記載の三相ケーブル用コネクタの製造方法。 6.相線(1)内面より、酸化物を必要に応じて接点グリースによる通常の方法で 除去することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の三相ケーブル用コネクタの製造方法 。
