Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 軸方向ボア(359)を有し、その中に人工器官組立体(228)を配置 できるメインシース(217)と、ステントブーツ(304)と、前記ステント ブーツ(304)と前記メインシース(217)のボア内に配置可能なある断面 形状を有する細長部材(352)とを有するトランスルミナル装置(350)に おいて、 前記ステントブーツ(304)は、軸方向ボア(363)を有する第1 シース(362)を有し、 前記第1シース(362)は、前記細長部材(352)の周囲に軸方向 にスライド可能に配置され、 前記第1シース(362)のボアは、前記細長部材(352)の断面形 状に近似し、 前記第1シース(362)の一端(364)の周囲で前記ボアは、人工 器官組立体(352)の一端(372)を収納できるよう拡張されている ことを特徴とするトランスルミナル装置。 2. 前記第1シース(362)は、この第1シースの他端(366)から軸方 向に延びるスリット(365)を有し、これにより前記第1シースは、細長部材 (352)の根元側に沿ってスライド可能で、人工器官組立体(228)の一端 (272)を開放する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1の装置。 3. 前記第1シース(362)は、その他端(366)に近接して環状溝(3 67)を有し、 前記軸方向スリット(365)が、そこから延び、 前記トランスルミナル装置は、前記第1シース(362)の周囲の前記 環状溝(367)内に配置されたファスナ(368)を有する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲2の装置。 4. 前記ファスナ(368)は、前記第1シースの周囲で環状溝(367)に 結合された縫合糸(368)を有する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲3の装置。 5. 前記環状溝(367)は、前記第1シース(362)の他端に隣接して複 数の環状隆起部と溝(369)を有する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲3の装置。 6. 前記第1シース(362)は、放射線不透過材料製である ことを特徴とする請求の範囲2の装置。 7. 前記放射線不透過材料は、ポリエーテルブロックアミドエラストマを含む ことを特徴とする請求の範囲6の装置。 8. 前記細長部材(352)は、軸方向に沿って延び、前記第1シース(36 2)の根元部に配置されたマーカ(370)を有し、 前記マーカ(370)は、人工器官組立体(228)の位置を示す ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1の装置。 9. 前記細長部材は、さらに軸方向に沿って第1シース(362)の先端部に 配置された他のマーカ(371)を有する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲8の装置。
