Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】この発明は、シール材容器に取り付けてコーキ
ングガンで押し出されたシール材を、養生テープを貼ら
ずヘラで押える必要をなくし、シール材のむだをなくし
た、シール材ノズルに関するものです。 【構成】ノズル１に、巾調整部２を設け、押え部３を巾
調整部２にあたるまで設けて、ノズル１の溝を溝埋め４
で埋める。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、シール材容器にノズ
ルを取り付けてコーキングガンにより、押し出されたシ
ール材をノズルに巾調整部、押え部を設けてシール材を
打つシール材ノズルに関するものです。

【従来の技術】従来は、シール材をヘラで押えると両側
にはみ出すので、養生テープを貼っていた。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】この発明は、養生テー
プを貼ることなく、ヘラで押える必要がないため、作業
の省力化、能率を上げるために開発しようとするもので
す。

【課題を解決するための手段】図面にて説明すれば （イ）ノズル１の裏側にある台形の２本の溝に巾調整部
２を差し込み、シール巾に合わせる。巾調整部２は左、
右に移動が出来る。 （ロ）ノズル１の裏側にある台形の１本の溝に押え部３
を巾調整部２にあたるまで差し込む。以上が完了すれ
ば、溝埋め４で溝がつまらないよう溝を埋める。

【作用】作用を述べると、巾調整部２とノズル１の垂直
面によりシール材がはみださない。押え部３によりシー
ル材を押える。

【実施例】実施を述べると、巾調整部２を薄くする押え
部３をノズル１の垂直面に合わせる。または、二つを組
合せることにより、入隅高さを下げる、三角打ちが出来
る。

【発明の効果】材料のむだがなくなり、作業の工程を省
くことにより、能率を上げるものです。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】（イ）ノーズル１の裏面に、巾調整部２を
    設ける （ロ）ノーズル１の裏面に、押え部３を巾調整部２にあ
    たるまで設ける。
  2. 【請求項２】巾調整部２の巾を薄くし、押え部３をノズ
    ル１の垂直面に合わせる。請求項１のシール材ノズル
