Claims (9)
- 水より小さい比重を有する独立気泡発泡材料の複数の層（３）からなり、その層（３）は柔軟性および弾性がありかつ層間に空気の袋を形成するように間隔をあけてキルティング（４、５）を施すことによって結び合わされ、前記キルティング（４、５）が閉鎖模様状に分布していることを特徴とする浮揚性製品を製造するための低密度半完成製品。
- 前記キルティング（４、５）が互いに交差し、半完成製品の全表面を実質的に覆うよう分布することを特徴とする請求項１の半完成製品。
- 少なくとも外側の層（３）がそれぞれ外側でネット部材（８）と結びついていることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかの半完成製品。
- 各層（３）が独立気泡発泡材料から得られ、かつ約１ｍｍの厚さを有することを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかの半完成製品。
- 発泡材料が独立気泡発泡ポリエチレンをベースとしていることを特徴とする請求項４の半完成製品。
- 前記層（３）の数および厚さが、布の作業性と類似する作業性を全体に与えるようなものであることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかの半完成製品。
- 半完成製品が物品の製造においてパッドとして挿入されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれかの半完成製品。
- 前記請求項１乃至７のいずれかに記載の半完成製品を用いて製造されることを特徴とする入れ物。
- 前記請求項１乃至７のいずれかに記載の半完成製品を用いて製造されることを特徴とする衣料品。
