Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.グラフト化単位が、ポリアルケニレン類、EPM及びEPDMポリマー又は その混合物から選択され、ポリアルケニレン類の量は、全重量の、1〜30重量 %の範囲であり、EPM及び/又はEPDMポリマーの量は、全重量の、5〜6 5重量%であることを特徴とするグラフト化単位含有のプロピレン ホモ及びコ ポリマー。 2.グラフト化単位として、更にビニルポリブタジエンを有し、その量は、0. 01〜10重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロピレン ホモ及びコポリマー。 3.前記のEPM及び/又はEPDMポリマーは、添加されたオイルで展延され 、オイルの添加量は、EPM/EPDMポリマー重量の1〜60重量%の範囲で あることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載のプロピレン ホモ及びコポリ マー。 4.0.1〜5.0重量%の範囲内のビニルポリブタジエン類及び1.5〜20 重量%の範囲内のポリアルケニレン類を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3 のいずれかに記載のプロピレン ホモ及びコポリマー。 5.該ビニルブタジエンは、少なくとも20%の1,2の構造を含有することを 特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のプロピレン ホモ及びコポリマー。 6.該ポリアルケニレンは、ポリオクテニレンであることを特徴とする請求項1 〜5のいずれかに記載のプロピレン ホモ及びコポリマー。 7.出発原料のプロピレン(コ)ポリマーは、エチレン−プロピレンのコポリマ ーであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のプロピレン ホモ及 びコポリマー。 8.ポリアルケニレン類、EPM及びEPDMポリマー又はその混合物から選択 されたグラフト化単位を使用し、ポリアルケニレン類の量は、全重量の、1〜3 0重量%の範囲であり、EPM及び/又はEPDMポリマーの量は、全重量の、 5〜65重量%であることを特徴とする、ラジカル開始剤及びグラフト化単位の 存在下で選択的分解反応により、グラフト化プロピレン ホモ及びコポリマーを 製造する方法。 9.グラフト化単位として、ビニルポリブタジエンを、0.01〜10重量%の 範囲で用いることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のグラフト化プロピレン ホモ及 びコポリマーの製法。 10.該EPM及び/あるいはEPDMポリマーが、添加されたオイルで展延さ れ、オイルの添加量は、EPM/EPDMポリマー重量の1〜60重量%の範囲 であることを特徴とする請求項8あるいは9に記載のグラフト化プロピレン ホ モ及びコポリマーの製法。 11.0.1〜5.0重量%の範囲内のビニルポリブタジエン類及び1.5〜2 0重量%の範囲内のポリアルケニレン類を、グラフト化単位として用いることを 特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載のグラフト化プロピレン ホモ及び コポリマーの製法。 12.該ビニル ポリブタジエンは、1,2の構造の、少なくとも20%であり 、及び/あるいは該ポリアルケニレンは、ポリオクテニレンであることを特徴と する請求項8〜11のいずれかに記載のグラフト化プロピレン ホモ及びコポリ マーの製法。 13.該ラジカル開始剤は、過酸化物ラジカル開始剤であることを特徴とする請 求項8〜12のいずれかに記載のグラフト化プロピレン ホモ及びコポリマーの 製法。 14.請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物を有するグラフト化プロピレン ホモ及びコポリマーを製造するための混合物。 15.請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載によるプロピレン ホモ及びコポリマーを 、インテリア カー ドア パネルあるいはカー トリム部品の製造に外皮材と して用いる用途。 16.請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載によるプロピレン ホモ及びコポリマーで 作られた外皮を有することを特徴とするインテリア カードア パネルあるいは カー トリム部品。 17.共射出の成形により得られることを特徴とする請求項16に記載によるイ ンテリア カードア パネルあるいはカー トリム部品。
