Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少くとも一つのチューブと、少くとも一つの操作機構と及び少くとも一つの 遠隔操作位置決め機構のための少くとも一つの制御系と、該位置決め機構の制御 のため観察者の眼の眼−又はひとみ位置を把握するためのセンサとを有する顕微 鏡、特に手術用顕微鏡であって、 位置決め機構が自動ズーム及び/又は他の周辺装置(Geraete oder Vorrichtu ngen)(15−17,19−22)を顕微鏡の位置変更装置(Geraeten)の排除 の下(unter Ausschluss von)に有すること(umfasst)を特徴とする、顕微鏡 。 2.チューブの域において、眼(1)にチューブの内部で操作機構のシンボルが 使用者に見られるよう配設され、(眼の)位置認識装置(Erkennungseinrichtun g)がデータ処理装置(24)を介して注視先把握(Blickdeckungserfassung) のため、操作機構シンボルと、そしてさらに位置決め機構もしくは該装置(Gera eten,Vorrichtungen)等(15−17、19−22)と接続されている、こと を特徴とする請求項1の顕微鏡。 3.少くとも眼(1)にスイッチシンボルの入射のためのディスプレイ又は操作 機構シンボルのためのディ スプレイをチューブの内部で使用者に見えるよう配設し、ディスプレイとして好 ましくは操作機構シンボル並びに任意的にMRI−、X−線−もしくは患者デー タのため、特に夫々一つのLCD(2b又はc)を配設し、該LCDは、特に各 一つの光学系(7c又はd)及び特に各一つの分割ミラー(10a又はb)を介 して観察者の眼(1a、1b)内へ結像し、立体顕微鏡の場合、二つのCCDに 好ましくは共通の背景照明(11)を配設すること、 を特徴とする請求項1又は2の顕微鏡。 4.眼又はひとみの位置認識装置(3)が少くとも一つのIR−LED(3)及 び少くも一つのCCD(6)をIR−LED(3)の光の眼の表面での走査のた め有し、該CCD(6)は評価回路ないしはデータ処理装置(24)に接続され 、これらの回路ないしは装置(24)は、位置決め機構、前記装置等(Geraete 又はVorrichtung)(15−17、19−22)を制御することを特徴とする、 請求項1〜3の一の顕微鏡。 5.観察者の各眼(1b,1b)に対しひとみ位置認識装置(3a、3b)が配 設され、この認識装置は、各ひとみのそれに配属された光路中心からの位置(距 離)を検出できるようにし、そしてチューブの距離を観察者の眼の距離に自動的 に適合させる眼の距離調節装置に接続されることを、特徴とする、請求項1〜4 の一の顕微鏡。 6.2つのひとみ位置認識装置(3a、3b)が選択的に、一方のみと操作に採 用できること、及び/又は、様々の機能に対し、構成要素的にまとめることがで きもしくは、オン又はオフ切換可能であるモジュール(ユニット)が配属される こと、を特徴とする請求項1〜5の一の顕微鏡。 7.データ処理装置(24)が顕微鏡の調節データもしくは同過程の使用者コー ドに応じて自動的読み出しのためのメモリを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜 6の一の顕微鏡。 8.ひとみ位置認識装置(3)が、データ処理装置(24)と、そしてこれを介 して下記の装置の少くとも一つと接続されること、もしくは、これらの装置を眼 の位置に応じて制御すること:機械的顕微鏡駆動系(23d)、顕微鏡照明系( 17)、患者データ再現装置(22)、ビデオカメラ(26)、ビデオレコーダ (19)、像供給装置(MRI−又はX線−像データ(20)、(21)等のた めのもの)、を特徴とする請求項1〜7の一の顕微鏡。 9.データ処理装置(24)が、またスイッチ機構、特に足スイッチ(27)、 音響スイッチ等を備え、命令又は命令シンボルの選択を行うことを、特徴とする 請求項1〜9の一の顕微鏡。 10.顕微鏡のチューブに少くとも支持要素が配設され、その上に、マーキング 、例えば十字線(9)等があり、これは、観察者に対し接眼レンズを通して固定 可能であり、ひとみ位置認識装置(3)は、任意の眼の位置に応じて校正ルーチ ンを行うよう構成され、それに基づいて 11.ひとみの正常位置が確認できること、を特徴とする、請求項1〜10の一 の顕微鏡。 12.操作シンボルが使用者にアクティブなディスプレイ面に構成され、この面 には指示シンボル「マウス」が配属され、この「マウス」は−ひとみ位置認識装 置(3)を介して行われる−ひとみ運動を制御−又はスライド可能であること、 及び、位置決めされた指示シンボルにより、上述の又は付加的機能をレリース可 能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11の一の顕微鏡。 13.データ処理装置(24)は、データ準備装置(25)と接続され、これは 付加的装置からのデータを、コンパチブルな、迅速に処理可能なデータに準備処 理し、もしくはEDV−データを適切な制御データに変換することを特徴とする 請求項1〜12の一の顕微鏡。 15(14)接眼レンズ域に、頭又は顔の位置決め装置を有することを特徴とす る請求項1〜13の一の顕 微鏡。
